lunarphase 0
well i was lucky enough to qual for the 100K last nite. So I set my alarm clock and log in 20 mins prior to find out that my act has been locked later to find out from live chat that they're no longer doing business with united states customers talk about a bummer. If that wasn't enough I now have to fax them a copy of my drivers license to get the funds withdrawn from my act. At least the buy in was creditted to my act and i managed to make a little bit $$$ on the site
Foldalotamus 0
bah. here's to hoping they find a way. G (-:
somedude 0
bah. here's to hoping they find a way. G (-:there's no "finding a way" for mansion. They are done. They think their brand is really strong in Europe, and they aren't going to risk their entire business to serve the US. That's their stance.

W/ Rake back and all. It nice to have the BR yet, w/ no other means of income that will soon disappear as well. bla
silkyjonson 1
so are they still following through with the 100k guarantee daily?
TheCinciKid 0
Another one bites the dust.Of course, I could have seen this one coming a mile away. They locked Americans out of their sportsbook several months ago, so the handwriting was already on the wall. Besides, Mansion's cashout policy was the worst of any site I'd play. I say good riddance.
delphi12 0
They just spent all that money on the Mansion PokerDome (to advertise their gambling site) and now close down to US customers. So much for trying to get on that show- probably will be stopped pretty soon.

delphi12 0
how does the show make money? Its filmed to be on Fox Sports (which I assume they have to pay for - its like a 30 minute infomercial, really). I doubt they get any of the ad revenue. It was done to bring customers to Mansion Poker. Since they arent catering to US customers, I would assume they will stop the show and probably sell the set they spent millions to build. I say good riddance.I only played there b/c of the overlays for the 100K tournies in my 2 weeks of playing there the smallest overlay i saw was like 36K
lunarphase 0
I do agree that the cash out process is horrible i've never had to give ID to cash out to any site and even after I did fax them a copy it still won't let me now i get to send them a wonderful e-mail. I understand that support is probably being flooded today but i want my $$$ pronto
