is there some crazy thing with neteller that i missed.... im hearing alot of ppl worring they wont get there money and neteller is going bankrupt... its been over a week and my cashout is still pending.... usally only takes a day or two...also another thing that is worrying me, is epassporte. i have contacted my bank, gone to my bank, looked online and cannot find the ammounts they deposited into my bank account, therefore i cannot verify it. i have sent numerous messages which not one has been answered.... seems a lil sketchy to be giving this place your bank account information...and i deposited the min. $25 which they charged $5 so i only go $20..... will it be like this if i try to cashout.....?????

Neteller seems to be having liquidity issues with every american withdrawing at the same time. I called them and they told me it would take 4-5 weeks to get my eft deposit. If you have a neteller card, call and have them cancel the eft and withdraw through your card. The 4 bucks in fees was worth not having to wait a month. They are a reputable company so there is no worry on whether or not you'll get your money, it's just going to take awhile.

I am in the same boat as you, everyone on P5s forum is saying it will take 2-3 weeks to get the money out of Neteller. epassporte hasnt send me any deposits either.As far as your bank info, dont worry coz all the info is at the bottom of your checks anyways so no one can really withdraw from your account with only that information.

I just requested a Neteller card to try to speed up my pending cashout. The wait for the card is now 3 weeks, so it doesn't appear that they are in a big rush to get us our money.

that sux not much point in requesting a card and neteller even told me it may take up to 8 weeks before i get my check i'm practically writing this off as lost $$$ thank goodness its not that much

also i had the same problem with epassporte its been 4 business days and still no deposits so i'm highly doubtful I'll be able to get my epassporte act. I'll be ready on feb 6th when my 6 month stars chat ban is up with a pre paid cc and will withdraw with good ol papercheck that takes 3 weeks to get with stars unless i pull a miracle and am somehow able to cash out more than a G than i'll actually get it within a week. I'll also be stuck with papercheck with AP if i can somehow pull a miracle and get a cash out from that site. Damn u neteller

I hope someday neteller allows transactions to and from poker sites for US citizens just so I can choose not to use them because they are such a shitty company. Also, probably irrelevant and or not true, but aren't there laws as to how long a eft can take? And what exactly are the circumstances out of their control.

Well when the US government gets around to figuring the internet poker/gambling thing there will be laws and regulations that will safeguard you in circumstances like this. Until then you are engaging in an untested venue that doesn't have clear rules and therfore are always at risk of an unscrupulous company stealing your money.It will only cost you 32% of your winnings for these safe guards by the government.

Yep. So many people pulling money out at once that the bank probably doesn't have the cash on hand to cover all the transactions. Does not sound (yet) like they're in danger of folding, so everyone may yet get their money. In the US, the FDIC protects all bank deposits up to an amount of $100,000 to insure against such a thing. Unfortunately, Neteller is not a US bank.

Neteller cards have been disabled too. No one I spoke with this evening could give me any idea as to when it will be brought back up, or even if they will, or even if EFT's will be re-enabled for Americans. I was told that I could still do peer-to-peer's, at which point, I got in touch with a friend in Canada who has been kind enough to pull my funds for me and wire them to my bank account so I can use them on my vacation next week.My suggestion, find someone trustworthy in a non-US nation that has a Neteller account certified, transfer your money there, and have them wire the money from their bank account to yours, before they decide to freeze Peer-to-Peer transfers too.

It isn't much better in non US countries either. I deposited 25 euro on my neteller account 2 weeks ago for the first time, and it's still pending. None of the phone numbers on the site work for Belgians, unless I call the US number which isn't toll free of course. The people I've talked to on the Live-chat aren't really that helpful either. They don't seem to know what's going on and can't answer any of my questions.

Yes, on Tuesday I called to cancel the eft, withdrew through the card on Thursday. No problems.
