DCJ001 0
Oh wellDaniel Negreanu Eliminated in 16th PlaceDaniel Negreanu was busted by Michael Sampurna. All the money went in on the flop of Qh-9h-3c. Negreanu had bottom pair and a flush draw with Kh-3h, while Sampurna had a straight flush draw with Jh-8h. The turn was 10s and the river was a 10c. Sampurna won with a straight and Negreanu headed to the rail in 16th place.DN was over 69% to win after the flop. Good play, bad result.
myenemy 0
Daniel doubles up to $43khttp://www.pokernews.com/live-reporting/au...t-holdem/hands/ Wow Poker News is a fantastic website! My new spot for hand/tournament updates for sure. Too bad about DN busting out. Not really sure if I like his choice to play in this thing though. He said himself that he was uncomfortable with the time constraint issue. I know, I know, "it's his money" and the guy has millions but I wonder how much of him playing was like ego. Ya know since all the other young hot shots were playing 'he can't not play'. Thoughts?
rogerwilco 0
Beer TimeAs the evening wears on, Erick Lindgren has bought a round of beers for the rail. he looked at the floorman, and said "I'd like 31 beers - one for me, and 30 for the rail.' TD Brett Jones obliged, and everyone on the rail has a drink.____Haha, I love that!

xmykro 0
Erick Lindgren wins $1,000,000After wearing Erik Seidel down for the better part of an hour, Erick Lindgren finally gets all of Seidel's chips in the middle pre flop. Seidel flips over K -J , while Lindgren is in the lead, as he shows A -7 . the flop A -8 -9 brings some hope, but brickage on the turn 6 and river 5 ends Seidel's night, and makes Erick Lindgren $1,000,000 richer. Seidel receives $550,000 for his second place finish.

Marchione 0
As an obsessed poker nut, I'm very lucky to live in Melbourne at this time. I'd love to play the 100k event. There's only one problem with that... I forget what ??Crown is truly the place to be atm... someone still easy to get on tables as low as 1/2NL whlist the Millions events are going on, and in a room crowded with poker pros and a few celebs. Last night was the sickest poker experience yet - whilst sitting down playing 2/3NL with all these aggressive macho men, along came this gorgeous redhead to join our table... Shannon Elizabeth. I was bleeding chips before she arrived, but on her arrival I suddenly cleaned up. It helped as she rebought in for $200 4 or 5 times. She's truly the most fun player to have at the table.Good luck for those who entered the main event. I'd love to play but bubbled in the satellite &$^$!! I'll be heading off to rail the 100k event if it's staged in a public viewing area. Go go DN you good thing.btw, Daniel... if you bust early in the Main Event and stay in Australia - how about we pair up in the 1.1k teams event ?!? ....err..j/k of course.a waiting list of 20 people to play 1-2 NL is not easy to get a seat ~i smell the B.S.because i was there

I signed up for 1/2 5 times over the last 2-3 days and my longest wait was around 20 minutes. 2/3 was instant to join a tablle. It takes a while downstairs when the tourney's are running for obvious reasons. No BS.. I have no reason to BS.
