Loose table. Villian 1(700) is LAG. Villian 2(710) is TAG. Hero(660) has a TAG image, and is button7 players, blinds 5-10Hand: Ac QdAction:UTG raises to 35, Villian 1 calls, Villian 2 calls, MP 1 calls, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls.(This is the first family pot of the night).Pot:245 Flop Ad 2d 3hAction: Everyone checks to hero, hero bets 200, Villian 1 calls, Villian 2 calls.Pot:845Turn: Ad 2d 3h (9d)Action: Villian 1 checks, Villian 2 bets 150, Hero calls, Villian 1 foldsPot: 1145River: Ad 2d 3h (9d) (As)Action: Villian 2 bets 200 (leaving himself with 185), Hero....?????I think it is pretty damn obvious I'm up against either a flush or a full house (22, 33, 99 would all fit given how he played it, as would a couple of high diamonds like JdKd) The problem was the pot odds, as the pot was about 1300. What would you have differently, and what would you do on the end?

I definitely think my mistake was PF, I should either have reraised big and try to squeeze everyone or folded and avoided a tricky situation. On the flop I'm thinking I should of bet more to price out draws and define the hand better. BTW, can you guess what villian's hand was?

Everyone seemed to think calling with AQ pf was a mistake right? Is it an easy fold? Otherwise, I think I may have just discovered a leak in my game. Somebody enlighten me....While being confused isn't fun, I kinda like asking questions. Does everybody agree with just calling on this turn? Seems like a weird spot to just call, but folding to such a small bet seems odd as well. Fill me in.

I just don't like it with a decent sized raise and a few calls in front of me, because it's too easy to get in to a tough situation, just as we did here. Things that call raises preflop (small pairs, suited connectors, etc) could have hit this flop pretty hard. We have top pair, second kicker. If we get any pressure here, we're going to have no choice but to lay the hand down.Seems like you need an almost perfect flop to continue the hand. When it gets checked to us on the flop, I like betting out, but the hope is to take the pot down right there. The way this was played, and due to the size of the pot, we have to call the river when the 3rd ace hits, but I think we're behind here often.

The hand was Jd Kd for the flush. The hand makes perfect sense for villiain. Unfortunately, so did some other hands that I could have beaten, and besides calling pf I think the hand kind of played out itself. That's poker. My question: What hands are you looking to call with then, if you are folding AQ?

Hands that play well multi-way, like middle suited connectors, and medium pairs (no set-no bet). They're easy to get away from if they miss the flop, but will likely get the proper odds to call if you flop a strong draw. If the AQ were suited, that changes it to a call, imo, but you're not really calling with it just to hit the ace. Just to clarify, is this from a tourney or a cash game?
