Daniel At 5 Diamond Tournament Final Table Update Thread

Recommended Posts

I don't mean to jinx it, but I think DN is playing so well, that it's gonna take a lot more than that to slow him down. He's in the zone and probably his happy placethinking about golf, hockey, and annie duke covered in honey........... and left to the ants
LOL. He seems to be playing great and I'm really rooting for him. I don't by any means think he has it in the bag though. Anything can happen in poker and he could hit a bad series of cold decks or something. Though, he seems to have amassed enough chips at this point to even be able to weather a bad run of cards. I just don't think anything in poker is a foregone conclusion until it's all over though.

The guy is awake!! There was also and ad on the site for "pokerbot.net, make 750$ a night with your own bot"Why would they want people like that advertising on their page.... what a jokePOOP!!David Redlin raised to 245k, Daniel Negreanu called and the flop came Ks8d5c. Redlin bet 315k, Negreanu called, and the turn came 9d. Redlin moved all in for over 1m and Negreanu folded.

What is this, pray tell, while we pass the time?
Daniel hates Annie Duke with a passion. There was this online blog thing I found a while back where he lists off like these 10 things that have either happened or she has done, that make her look like a huge *** and why he dislikes her. Then Daniel got into it with Howard Lederer who came to defend his sister. Turns out she's not all peaches and cream like the poker shows would have you think. I lost a lot of respect (maybe all of it) for her after hearing some of Daniel's first hand stories. One example is her looking at another players cards after she had folded and very bad things like that

Voulgaris opens for 225k. It folds to Hanna who moves in for 650k more from the small blind. After two or three minutes Voulgaris calls with pocket fives. Hanna shows A 8. The flop is ace high, and no five appears. Hanna doubles up.

"To all the people who are actually still awake and reading... thanks for your support. I'm sorry my updates have been pretty crummy since we got to the final eight. I'm physically exhausted. It'll be nice to get a long sleep tonight and come back refreshed tomorrow. Stay tuned we still have two more eliminations. Chop ChopJustin Bonomo moves all in preflop and gets a call from Daniel Negreanu. However, both players flip over A-K and neither player makes a flush on the board. They chop up the pot. The whole table is at a stalemate.
