hegemony 0
Hi,I've been playing online poker at party the last three years or so, and went on a bit of a hiatus after the site closed down. Last week I started up again, depositing $300 into bodog.com. I went straight to 1/2 nl and have made $1300 in the last week. After the 2nd day (while up $500) i cashed out my original $300. I have just recieved notice, however, that due to "invalid account number" my withdrawl is being voided, pending my fax of a bunch of account verification and my own identification. What i want to know is this: if by chance i entered in the wrong account or routing number upon depositing, and all my cash is deemed void, what are the implications of the bodog poker economy? i have been theoretically winning real money with with non-existant money if bodog is right and my account information was false. yet i dont expect bodog will return every dime i took from every player along the way. i expect they will just hang on to my $1600, essentially stealing money from the players i won from. and what if i had lost my $300? how does bodog compensate for that? how can they give people "real money" initially, then decide a week later that that money is no good, and still maintain any semblance of a logical (not to mention ethical) economy? am i missing something here? help me out please. Mattnxtc 0
Its not that bodog questions any of the banking information they do this for your safety...They are verifying its your account and that it is you that you are of legal age...fax them the info they need and then youll be fine...next set up a neteller account and you wont have to deal with any of it...but in terms of using the wrong credit card info...that really isnt all that possible... Valuecall 0
I've always had pretty prompt response from Bodog support -- plus I believe their email reply gives a phone number so you can contact the agent live. Try that route and let us know how it works out. I'm sure you'll get your money.
