I play alot of MTT during the day and my eating ritual is always pretty phucked. I end up running back and forth from the kitchen whenever i hear a beep and im trying to make lunch. What do you do??

Make a sammich or two, grab a bag of chips, and fix a big ass drink.Assuming you last long enough to eat that much.

i agree i've been in your spot before, running back and forth.u should be prepared before. make food before., or wait a bit until the next break where u can have a snack until you're finished.

if you are making something quick like a sandwich or some noodles then you can just sit out for a few hands or so. that's what i usually do. if you want to eat something more, i would just wait until a break.

Laptop idea is good.Let me tell you what always happens to me in live play. I always get to sit next to the 60 year old fat pig who likes to stuff his face and talk with his mouth full at the table. I was in Tulsa recently and had to sit next to this fat old guy who was eating some sort of pastry that had powdered sugar on top. Well, every time he took a bite he would breathe through his nose and blow powdered sugar all over the felt. I couldn't help but to crack up. The dealer had to tell him not to eat over the table. I hate those guys

I play live so I just throw them the casino club card and they bring the chicken tenders and regular coke.*working a full time day job, I make my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th meal before I go to work the 1st and 6th are when I'm home.*Thus, you should have some food pre-made then just microwave it heat it up through a convection oven.

i too play several mtt during the day.i wake up in the morning at 8 am and sign up for a tourney then go make brekky.by the time i have made it the tourney is usually on so i eat while playing. then like you i go to the kitchen between hands to get something to eat but i turn the speakers up to full volume so you can hear it from the kitchen.then at elevensies during the break i get food come back and play.then lunch - more play.2nd lunchafternooon teadinnerthen 2nd dinner.oh and also use the breaks to your advantage.they are not there so you can look at porn, they are there so you can go and get food. oh and also to make it seem like a real poker tournament.
