TheCinciKid 0
Normally, I'd be the last person to start a thread like this, but...here goes anyway. I've been watching John D'Agostino play HU 1k/2k stud on FTP for the last half our or so and it's really amazed me how badly he's been killing this guy. Now, maybe the dude he's playing against just sucks at HU Stud, but Dags has been way more aggressive and totally outplayed the guy at every turn. What I've found most interesting is that Dags completes almost every time his opponent has the bring-in, yet he calls most of the time when he has the bring-in and his opponent completes. This is allowing him to make better decisions on later streets, and also pick up a ton of dead money when his opponent folds on third. Not really sure what the point of this thread is, but yeah...it's been really instructional on HU Stud strat.
DCJ001 0
He's a great player; especially heads up. I'm surprised that his WSOP/WPT record isn't better. But he's 23 so he's got time.

IMO, he's one of the best, if not THE best, high stakes online players out there right now.
KappaKid83 0
You can always make an argument for Ozzy and right now SBRugby is crushing the highstakes NL and PLO games on FTP. Dags is a better limit player by far, but the other games, I am not sure who to give the edge to.Jeff

Finished 6th.

MyPlayIsRAB 0
that might be worth $5i dont think so. you know he meant it in the context of a humourous reply, and it really didnt add anything to the thread. an example of a thought provoking and valuable thread would beTopic: Nearly impossible mathematics problem solvedBody: Say you have 4 apples, and orange and 2 bananas. A gush of wind blows through your house, and you notice through your intense scavanging that 2 apples, and orange and a banana have magically disappeared. After the gust, how many apples, oranges and bananas are remaining in the house?Solution: Let apples = x, bananas = y, and oranges = z(4x+y+2z) - (2x - y - z) = ???(4x-2x) + (y-y) + (2z-z) = ???= 2x + zYou would have two apples and an orange left after the gust of wind. That would be useful.
