Im addicted to the stupid 8-16 razz game on full tilt so when I get stuck in lower games I jump up to that when its shorthanded. The players arent very good, and Im positive that if I had a big enough bankroll I could beat that game on a regular basis, but I dont.Any advice to prevent me from tilting and moving up to play that game? So far I havent taken any big losses in it, but I've gotten lucky, rebuying after I bust and getting my money back. I just won a $155 pot on a really stupid call down that would have left me stuck $200 if I had lost it that saved me, but I know I got very lucky.

I know of no other game that can tilt a player faster than Razz.don't play Razz
then my bankroll would be a lot worse than it is :icon_confused:oh, and I have to say, excellant advice from the first two so far!

take some time (maybe 20 hrs in the next week) to change your outlook about being stuck in the smaller game.think about why being stuck upsets you. think everything through. i could rant about how you should think, but it's more beneficial for you to do it yourself. think about how to prepare to deal with the negative feelings once they happen. DON'T JUST BLOCK THEM OUT. you need to recognize them and then recall your changed outlook.another good motivator (aside from massive tilt) to change your outlook, is that tilt control, attitude, outlook, and bankroll management are what seperates the pros from those who play kind of well (T.J. Cloutier). you must master them along with the game itself to be great.good luck.
