Most other cardrooms would just send a generic email explaining their algorithm, blah blah but the Stars guy actually personalized it to a certain extent. +1 to Stars.Hi,I've recently had a bad run of cards. Please look into KK vs 99.Also, I had a guy isolate me with Q9 spades yesterday when I held JJ during the bubble of a satellite when we were nearly equal stacked. He of course made his flush after I flopped my set. How did he know this would happen?
