firingblind 0
This post is primarily for my own reassurance, as I don't have full details yet but here's the deal.I was in the process of building a modest bankroll through bonus whoring etc and had it up to about 800 bucks in a week, which I though wasn't too shabby, but anyways...I tried to log into my neteller acct this morning from my pda, and to my dismay it says this, more or less, "ERROR could not log in. Your account has been closed. Please contact security at etc etc"Now I don't have the time to call them just yet as I have classes to go to today but I was wondering what you guys think this is? Is it maybe bc I tried logging in from my pda? Or from all the withdrawls and deposits I've been makig over the past week lookig suspicious?I've just never had this or any issue with neteller before and I'm afraid that my money is gone for good. Thankfully my bank acct is fine, so it wasn't anybody hacking me.I dunno...thoughts from you neteller vets to calm my nerves till I can get home and call them?(PS- Please forgive any spelling mistakes, doing this from my pda as well)
Royal_Tour 0
Might be a security issue.i know some online financial things, maybe neteller included will shut your account for 24 hours if a password has been failed too many times, and maybe if a log in from some unreliable connection, i dunno.all i know is i've dealt with neteller via phone many times, and its always been pretty good. especially with all the hacks
partyholdem 0
You should check again, it can be just a mistake. Otherwise, you should contact the customer support team and explain them your problem. I undertsand you have not time, but this is the only thing you can do.
BearCanada 0
Hey,The same thing happened to me awhile back. It's no big deal. Sometimes trying to log in from a different IP address especially if you are very consistent with one will cause a security feature to trip and lock up your account. If you contact customer support and explain what happened they will open you up again. It's a bit of a pain in the azz but it's meant to protect you. -Bear

That was the first time I've ever attempted to log onto Neteller from a different location, ad had no idea that it would be an issue but obviously I am thankfull that they have such features in place to protect my account.Ill give them a ring asap, and confirm this ad let you know that its not some nasty hack or something lol. Thanks again for your thoughts. Dreamer21 0
I just logged into my Neteller Account and no problems doing it.I've used Neteller for about 6 years now with very little problems.Instacash limit of $3000 / 7 days. From 10/29 to 11/28 I've made 38 transactions.I NEVER EVER give out my whole S.S number.Neteller has never asked me for it,as long as they have all your info, name, address, etc and your bank account info:account #,routing # etc thats all they need.1. I made a Insta Cash Transaction to be taken out of my bank account and they took the trans amount out of my bank account two times but only credited my neteller account for one trans, took awhile to get that taken care of. 2. If you win and use neteller to send your winnings to your bank, etc and still have pending transactionsthat neteller hasn't been paid for yet, neteller will put a hold on the funds you sent them from your win until all pending trans have cleared.3.Other than the above watch out for e-mails that say it's from neteller.I received one e-mail that said I added another e-mail address to my neteller account, which i didn't.And i close my browser window as soon as i leave neteller site ,and open a new one.hope this helps, good luck
nyrajf 0
Neteller locked my acct when I logged in from another state. Once I called them everything was resolved. Give them a ring if you haven't already.

50K Volts 0
Rest assured...the exact same thing happened to me this week. In my case, the account was closed because I had six months of inactivity. They assisted me via telephone (much faster than chat contact) and had my same account, same log in, same password, etc. reactivated in minutes.Good luck,50K
firingblind 0
Hey all, justa quick update... :DWell it appears the issue WAS the IP problem. By utilizing my PDA, the system viewed the strange IP as a possible threat, and promptly shut it down. I am very happy with the quick service I got when I phoned, everything was up and running within 2 minutes, and they enabled me to check my account from my PDA now lol. So thanks again for the reassurance today, it was much appreciated, kept me sane throughout the day of classes
