Does anyone subscribe to www.liveatthebike.com? I was wondering if the insight offered is worth the cost per month?
It can help if you are a beginning/intermediate NL player... well even an advanced player, because you can always learn from watching other players (whether they play correctly or not)... the commentators also provide some decent insight into NL cash game play. I currently subscribe, so check it out for month/two.

I would watch LATB a few times a week before they went to a pay site. I tought it was pretty good entertainment. Once they began to charge my expectation is ALOT higher...IMO paying for those two yaps to go on and on about how good they are just does not make sense...really why would you pay to watch a 3/5 game...your chance to learn something is next to Zero...

Lately it's just been the higher games. They never gloat about how good they are, they just talk about previous hands earlier in the day against some of the contestants. Also - the archives are priceless.

I don't know why but I totally laughed out loud when I read this. Maybe it's because i'm hung over and delirious. Yeah, that's the reason.Oh and some words of advice;Never try to out drink your nana in a wine drinking contest, she'll win, no matter what.
