I mean, I'm hoping so.. To run THAT bad with the Krablar must really mean I'm running terribly..I mean K3 vs AQ?! Can you BE in a better spot in poker? He was practically drawing dead preflop and still managed to suck out somehow... Unbelievable.

It's a live game strategy. Remember, friend, If you Krab Dances in the woods, and there's no one around to see, has anyone been pinched?

that was a live game.. 2/4 limit
well, I hope you at least showed the hand.... Remember, that the Krablar play is -ev short run, but it's goal is to get action on future hands.. they see you jamming with no pair, no draw, and they will start giving you more action.

Yeah, to be 100% honest, I was up in the session, and was ready to leave before I saw that hand, I figured I'm willing to blow a few bets to make a comical post on here about it. I'm satisfied

"It's a live game strategy. Remember, friend, If you Krab Dances in the woods, and there's no one around to see, has anyone been pinched?"-DMcgeeGreat line and great post!!! lol through the whole thingMy thoughts....Starting out at low limit, I was a very tight player, and noticed I wasn't getting any value because people would fold whenever I bet. So (before the Krablar revelation) I reread some books, and started playing some bad hands to get people's attention...not always playing good hands and sometimes bluffing.Since I rarely get the Krabler ( I get Q5 often), I settled on 72. Two good reasons are, I get it often and even bad players know 72 is a bad hand. Some people think K3s is good. Well I fold 72 95 percent of the time. But if I am a ahead a good deal and haven't done anything crazy for a while, I see the flop. I don't raise with it most of the time, just depending. Then of course the flop determines how I bet if from there. Anyhow, I seem to win with it about 50 percent of the time (like I said I fold it mostly...selecting my spots with it). I love the reaction of the table. Unfortunately I don't have a dance for it, but I don't think it needs one. I just say its my lucky hand and rake the chips in. The whole table usually goes nuts, and I usually feed the frenzy with some off the cuff remarks. The only thing I see that is bad about this is that it can be addictive. On a few occasions I have gone in with it just because I get a kick out of what it does to people.. Must be like the feeling a comedian gets from laughs on stage. Once again, thanks for the post it was great. Unfortunately I can't use the Krablar, because I don't get it that often. Q5 just doesn't have charisma, so I have to stick with 72. Long live the Krablar! :club:

Krablar comes in all shapes and sizes. Even when not dealt directly to you, if you believe in the Krablar, it will do the rest. This time it helped me on the flop. I had shown the Krab a few hands earlier on a stone cold bluff.***** Hand History for Game 5289936237 *****0/0 Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL) - Sun Oct 01 12:35:44 EDT 2006Table Monster 1281913 (No DP) (Real Money) -- Seat 2 is the buttonTotal number of players : 10Seat 1: akaxsw23 ( $206.20)Seat 2: MychCumstien ( $204.55)Seat 3: Bombayjim ( $189.05)Seat 4: QUnit7777 ( $51.70)Seat 5: bfitzer ( $182.50)Seat 6: itsaravebabe ( $77.60)Seat 7: kmac372 ( $33.14)Seat 8: gcscon ( $752.90)Seat 9: fugee23 ( $325.98)Seat 10: absinthe89 ( $191.55)Bombayjim posts small blind (1)QUnit7777 posts big blind (2)** Dealing down cards **Dealt to MychCumstien [ 3s, 3d ] bfitzer folds.itsaravebabe folds.kmac372 folds.gcscon raises (4) to 4fugee23 folds.absinthe89 folds.akaxsw23 folds.MychCumstien calls (4)Bombayjim folds.QUnit7777 calls (2)** Dealing Flop ** : [ 3c, Js, Ks ] QUnit7777 checks.gcscon checks.MychCumstien: krablar!MychCumstien bets (200.55)MychCumstien is all-In.MychCumstien: : )QUnit7777 folds.MychCumstien: pinch pinchgcscon calls (200.55)** Dealing Turn ** : [ Ac ] ** Dealing River ** : [ Jd ] Creating Main Pot with $410.60 with MychCumstien** Summary **Main Pot: $410.60 | | Rake: $3 | Jackpot Contribution: $0.50Board: [ 3c Js Ks Ac Jd ]akaxsw23 balance $206.20, didn't bet (folded)MychCumstien balance $410.60, bet $204.55, collected $410.60, net +$206.05 [ 3s 3d ] [ a full house, Threes full of jacks -- Js,Jd,3s,3d,3c ]Bombayjim balance $188.05, lost $1 (folded) QUnit7777 balance $47.70, lost $4 (folded) bfitzer balance $182.50, didn't bet (folded)itsaravebabe balance $77.60, didn't bet (folded)kmac372 balance $33.14, didn't bet (folded)gcscon balance $548.35, lost $204.55 [ Ad Kc ] [ two pairs, aces and kings -- Ad,Ac,Kc,Ks,Js ]fugee23 balance $325.98, didn't bet (folded)absinthe89 balance $191.55, didn't bet (folded) :club:

That is damn art. I mean it, pure surgery. I played a little SnG this weekend, got the Krablar 3 times. Raised the first time, got called and chickened out on the flop. Second time, raised, got called, caught a K on the flop and chickened out and a 3 came on the river, woulda won. Third time, raised and everyone folded to me. Terrible Krablar plays, I know. If I had played the one that hit, it would've made up for the loss of the first one. Krablar, I will never doubt you again!

Have you seen the WSOP 2006 episode from wednesday? Cantu has some faith in the krablar and it, of course, pays off. Here's the video:
