CardWarfare 4
Key to stud: card counting.keep track of the cards out. You'll know what cards that are left to make whatever you need, and then know what your opponent needs, and if it's there.Makes sniffing out bluffs easier too.I've also learned the value of solid starting hands. With people chasing every hand down to 7th, it's usually good to start in a dominating position, and pound the ever loving crap out of them on every street along the way. HangukMiguk 8
Sorry, no converter, copied while still playing. There really is no converter for Stud hands (there WAS, but JaysonWeber is a dbag).I've been planning on learning Visual C++ and creating a downloadable hand converter that works for all sites and all games. But it may be a while before I undertake such a huge project.

onlyme386 0
Do I still qualify? I've been on a great run since the middle of November. Officially broke for around 2 weeks, then received $4.40 from sweetdaddyfreak for his birthday freeroll on stars ($4.40 180) and I took 3rd for $85. In the month since then, I've built this up to about $350 all in the 180's. My last 5 finished: 6 ($36), 1($216), 58, 90, 4($58). I'm not prepared to resign, but if asked to do so I suppose I would have too...

So basically, we're going to be a huge crew that ends up taking over the poker world...minus Dutch Boyd going bipolar. If you guys have been scared to admit YSAP, do so! aadams_22 3
I've played six of the Razz 2K Guaranteess and cashed in three of them. If it wasn't for a miracle river card in a game of $1/$2 Razz on FTP I'd be up for today also (hence the gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah). I lost a huge pot with that hand when I had the best of it until 7th street.

mtdesmoines 3
Please list:Where you playWhat limits you playWhat your highest amount of consecutive losing sessions isAnd explain to me why you suck at poker. (hand histories are not required, but helps)This will be a discussion of how badly we suck at poker, and how badly we need to improve.ISAP in December. I dropped $250 in a 2/4 game on FT. I have AK, and have KKK22 at the turn. We get all the money in, I'm planning on the chop unless villian has quad ducks. Jack drops. Now, villian apparently has KKKJJ at the river. FT software mistakenly interprets this as a better hand than KKK22. Whoosh! Why would anyone play on the internet? Live games: Last Saturday night: $350 WHOOSH in four hours of horrible play -- I had just come off a big win, and decided to blow off some steam. Funny thing is, I was ahead by $50 and thought, "I should call it a night. Nah, I'll catch one more hand and double up." DONK! Tonight: $450 in damages from the combination of my local casino's $115 tourney and a cash game afterward -- the nice touch was catching AA in my first hand of the cash game $1/2/100 DONKFEST and getting it wrecked by a set of 9s on the flop. So I'm sitting there, $225 into the night, and just wanting to get back to even. It only took another $225 to to make me give up on the dream of getting even. For some reason, I have this memorized/seared in my brain: HERO dealt: suited AQ. Flop 7,8,9, turn: 6. "all in." FOLD. Only happened a thousand times. Of course, when I played 9,10, or 8,9 FLOP comes AAQ or AQQ. Good thing I did NOT suck in November playing $2/5 live games. I still have about $4K+ to piss down my leg, should I continue to deny that ISAP. Anyone else down a grand this week?

Shimmering Wang 1
wow, that's pretty sickening. This is why I refuse to play NL ring.I suck at NL, so I have no choice but to get super-aggressive with big draws and shit. But I'm still supremely confident I'll hammer this game over the next month. I got my money in pretty good most of the time. I don't think I really made any big mistakes. But if I win a few deep-stack races in a row, I'll be alright.Who am I kidding? I want to die...
