A friend I've made at the poker table named "Jamie" ( a female) always talked crap about the Krablar. She's about the toughest player in the 5-5 blind no limit game I play in, and she always makes fun of it. Well the other night, she was stuck 2000 ( and she's never stuck in this game very much, this was an extrondinary event) and tilting badly. So she played Krablar a couple hands,a nd now she's in the game. She ended up losing alot on one hand, when she couldn't let go of KRablar when she flopped top pair. By the end of the night, she was stuck a ton, not sure how much, but between 2-3 grand. I deside I hadn't had enough fun, and was goiong to another casino near seattle to play some 10-20 limit, and she tagged along. She proceeded to get Krablar two hands in a row at the begining of the session that she rammed down their throat, raising like aces, and won both hands. AFter that, she tightened way up, but got CRAZY action from the table when she raised, everyone commenting "K3 again?" It was hilarious, and she won about 400 bucks in the game before I got too tired, and had to go home. Anyway, Krablar is a fickle invertibrate, and must be used with extreme caution. She used it to perfection a couple times, and to her demise once. Kicker trouble is something you really need to be careful of with the Krab.Anyway, I pulled almsot all of my money off full tilt, leaving about 80 bucks left in the account to play a couple tourney's, which I bonked. My last five bucks I threw into a five dollar sng, and saw these two hands, back to freaking back. Remember folks, there is method to Krablar's madness, and it is a LIVE GAME STRAT, not an early round of an SNG strat. CrazyJoe 0 Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 Man, I 've never, ever (to my knowledge) beaten kings with Krablar.. lucky bastichi saw that once at a casino, 1/2 NL guy called a push with Kd3d, up against KK, and hit a flush. he didn't know about the krablar though, he was just stupid. after he said he thought the guy had JJ or QQ and his overcard would be good. he called over 100 with 0 invested, lol. i couldn't believe it.
