FCP Bob 1,321
Attention U.S. players you probably know by now, the Ongame Network (provider of FCP's poker software) was forced to make the difficult decision of restricting U.S. residents from playing real money games on their poker network. As a result Full Contact Poker has been working with Ongame and another network software provider to produce a solution for all of the FCP players to continue playing at our site with minimal interruption during a transitional phase over the next few weeks.Prior to the launch of our new poker software solution, we must ask our U.S. players to follow some new rules outlined by Ongame.Depositing RestrictionsOn October 25th, U.S. players will not be able to deposit or transfer any new money into their FCP poker accounts. The FCP cashier will continue to allow you to deposit new money into your cashier account, but after October 25th, money in your cashier account cannot be transferred to your poker account.Any money in your poker account by October 25th will be available for use to play poker as normal at FCP through the Ongame Network until November 5th. Shortly after November 5th, Full Contact Poker will be providing a new poker network opportunity.Cash-OutsAs always, your funds will continue to be safe and secure.Unused Tournament TicketsValid tournament tickets are as good as cash and will be refunded to your account once Ongame's U.S. restrictions are implemented on November 6th. It may take some days for all tickets to be processed into cash, and only valid tickets (not expired by November 6th) will be refunded.FCP Points will not be affected.Pending BonusesYou are encouraged to clear any pending bonuses before November 6th, but if you cannot, FCP will offer you a fair solution when it converts to a new but comparable bonus clearing platform. Our operations team is working around the clock these days to make any short-term changes at FCP feel seamless while our marketing team is preparing some excellent promotions for all of you loyal players who keep playing at FCP through this transitional period. We'll keep you informed of all the new and exciting opportunities coming to FCP as they are finalized.

I very much appreciate that the commitment toward finding a new network, and I've got my fingers crossed that the transition will be smooth. Hoping you find a way to preserve the option to earn off bonuses a little at a time. That feature was very friendly to low limit players and was a real point of distinction for FCP compared to the other OnGame sites.
nutzbuster 7
Soooooooooooooo Bob.Come, say January 1st, where do you see FCP operating and how? (best guess is fine btw) Under a new skin? (i.e., Full Tilt, Stars, etc...) Will U.S. players be allowed back in when this happens? Will the new FCP require Removing the existing FCP poker program from our computer and re-loading completely brand new program?Danke. Hi ntuzbuster, I think you have the timing all wrong. The time between Americans not being at On Game and FCP being on a new Network will be counted in days and we'll be doing everything we can to make that number a small one. The reason we're moving it to make sure that all of our players including Americans can continue to play for real money with FCP.Since we'll be changing Networks that means that there will be new software. We'll be letting everybody know the details in a timely manner. Your money that is in your poker account will move to your cashier account and from there you'll be able to move it to the new poker site.

(Granted, I don't need much help)How is that possible if it's a new network though? Unless stars or FT start taking on skins, the most logical networks would either be the new AP-UB or tribeca. This is completely unsubstantiated and just my opinion
