We Move South, We Move Now

Recommended Posts

"We move back down south bruv, we find somewhere out of the way, we don`t need Filth looking for us now, we got a nice business in Scotland, lets leave while we can, before we`re grassed on"They were the words I said to Ron on Thursday, so on Friday morning we left our house, as we walked out the door I said to Ron, "Remember the matches bruv?""Yeah course bruv" he replied. We got into the car just as the flames caught the roof, as we drove out onto the main road out of the village the house was well alight. Good. No filth could get our dabs off the furniture now.So, we drove down the A1, I was thinking all the time where a nice spot would be for us to set up camp, away from snitches, slags and grasses.I thought of Manchester as we got to the Angel of the North, it was a good place now, we knew of course the geezers who owned the rackets around the city, they`d be surprised to see us.I told Ron to head there and we`d find a nice gaff to set up camp near there, I thought a quiet place out in the country in Cheshire would be nice.We arrived spot on 3pm, time for a bit of grub and a pint.Ron drove into the car park of a pub called "The Unicorn" just outside Wilmslow, this looked a decent enough boozer for us to relax and plan our deeds. We walked in and spotted a large chested sort behind the bar, Ron winked at her and she smiled at him. Ron has that effect on women, he could charm the knickers off a nun could my bruvva.Ron ordered a treble brandy, I ordered a pint of Kronenbourg and he gave her a £50 note and told her to keep the change, she loved that.We sat down and planned what to do, we needed a house, we needed a driver, we needed to find a poker game somewhere. The house was the easy bit, round here its full of rich coffin dodgers, we could turf some old couple out of their house and take it over. No questions asked. The driver was trickier but manageable, we`d have a word with Scally Simon, he`s an "arranger" in the middle of Manchester, he can get anything for a price. He`d also direct us to Manchesters Mr Big, he would definitely know where the next big poker game was going down.We left the pub after 2 hours drinking, Ron had polished off 23 treble brandies, I`d had 18 pints of Kronenbourg. "Time to get that house bruv" I said to Ron as he drove out of the car park"Yeah deffo Reg, I wanna put me feet up"Half a mile up the road we saw a big cottage set behind a privet hedge, here was the place we`d settle in.We drew in the yard and parked up, we got out of the car and knocked on the door. A bloke of about 85 answered and squinted at us, "Yes lads what can I do for you?" he asked"Right Grandad, out, we live here now, any arguments and you`ll be in the ground" I snarledHe looked terrified and ran out of his house, it didn`t take a lot to get a house to live in.So tonight?Well we are dressed in our best Hugo Boss suits, wearing our trilbys and our polished shoes, we`re about to head into Manchester to hit the pubs and clubs. Of course I got Mr Bigs phone number on me mobile so at midnight he may well get called and asked "Mr Big, fix us up with the biggest poker game this week guv, we`ll make it worth your while"...

My Adventures Continue!!What a day!! Do you ever have it when you wake up with the sun shining on your face, and like a hydra you rise to meet the day with a smile, and then it hits you!! You realize that today is a day of fascination, a day of love, but a day of loss as well!! It is when we are faced with loss like this that we realize truly how much we care about all that we have, and all that we've left behind. And as my tears were flowing down, as I was waiting for the rocket ship to blast me far from home, lo and behold, there he appeared!! John Goodman, that magnananmous man I've adored for so long, appeared before me, and set my mind at ease. His gentle voice coaxing me to enter the ship, these were the words he said: "Clay, our mission is here, our mission in now. Don't give up hope for a better tomorrow, for tomorrow is more than we can imagine today!!" Or at least I'm pretty sure that's what he said. Honestly today has been a haze, but in a good way!! lol!!The ship took off with a power I have never felt before, it truly was like feeling the biceps of the Creator of the Universe flex and pulse with every jar and jump that the rocketship made!! Wow!! So amazing!! So perplexing!! And in what felt like a second, but like a millenium as well, there we were in outer space!! So dark and compelling, like the winter of my mind!! Has any man been here before, I honestly don't know, but if they haven't, I will report the conditions: Utter darkness, but a cold comfort to soothe the sorrowing mind, to rest and to relax, oh but a glimpse!!I need to sleep now, fatigue has overtaken me. I will report my adventures tomorrow, and I simply can't wait to wake up and enter Johnny boy's room (I think that's what I'm going to call him!! lol!!), and put my head on his pillow and just wait for him to awake, and to greet that marvelous creature with a smile to melt the fabric of reality!! Wonderful!!
