omahahilo 0
Dear Mr.Thank you for contacting me regarding internet gambling. I appreciate hearing from you.Federal and state laws prohibit most forms of internet gambling, yet enforcement has proven difficult. Often, the host sites for these businesses may be offshore, and outside of U.S jurisdiction. Due to this difficulty, enforcement mechanisms have previously tried denying such providers the services of American financial services. On October 13, 2006 HR 4954, authorizing additional security for our nation's seaports, was signed into law by President Bush. Included in this bill (now law) are provisions prohibiting businesses from accepting checks, credit cards, electronic transfers in connection with illegal Internet gambling. This prohibition had widespread bipartisan support in both the Senate and House.Should the issue of internet gambling be raised once again in the Senate, I will certainly keep your thoughts in mind. Thank you again for contacting me.Sincerely,Ken SalazarUnited States Senator

Fade2241 0
He isn’t going to do anything about it bro – he has been a senator in our state for years and is worthless. I am surprised that you even got a response!
Scanner313 0
The replies I got from Congresswoman Melissa Hart and Senators Specter and Santorum were almost identical. Each one gave the details of the bill (like the one you got did) but not one of them ever made any such statement that they would consider my thoughts should the issue come up again. Nor did they state their vote on the bill or even their feelings about it.They basically sent a reply that explains vaguely what the bill was about when that wasn't my question at all. I really hate the fact that these ***-holes even put a contact link on their web page. They have no real intention of replying with any info that actually means anything. Hell, just a lousy paragraph explaining why they did or did not support the damned thing would be appreciated.
24fanatics 0
Typical canned response. I wouldn't expect anything else.

This administration is useless and so are all the pawns in this game. Everyone of them more insane than the next. He doesn't give a rats ***. And the only way he would is if 51% of the vote caused him to change his mind. I just though people would enjoy reading it.
