HangukMiguk 8
maybe your friend should learn to ask coherent, useful questions before he expects meaningful answers.that doesn't matter, he's getting screwed by prima.if i was guaranteed an admin or Bob would see this thread if i did it, i'd report the OP just to try to ensure that they take not of this when weighing the options of moving networks. HangukMiguk 8
it does matter. honestly he is not making them want to help him with how he is talking with themhe is right they could just walk off with his money and he is giving them no reason not to.it's not their job to *want* to help him. their job is to help him. it doesn't matter if he just called them a twat. they're getting paid to help their customers.believe me, i worked in tech support. we were told that it didn't matter how much we got chewed out, we helped the customer. the same holds true in customer service.and another thing we learned in support training, we were fired on the spot for disconnecting with customers for any other reason than we resolved the issue, we had a bad connection and we could hear absolutely nothing they were saying, or the customer disconnects themselves.yet, here we see:: other us account are active : for some sites : and i heard prima sites Chennell Dowdye: We are a publically trade company. Chennell Dowdye: We are not privately owned. Thank you, Goodbye.AKA, she just disconnected without giving him any real information whatsoever. and he barely disrespected her at all. that reflects badly on the company on so many different levels.believe me, if any prima skins stay in the US, i will not be playing on one again because of this. SpiderGuard 0
it's not their job to *want* to help him. their job is to help him. it doesn't matter if he just called them a twat. they're getting paid to help their customers.I worked in sales/retail management for a few years, and two things stand out about this sentence. - It doesn't matter what the support person's job is. This person makes less than $10 an hour, so they don't really care if they help you or not. - If anyone was abusive to me (or one of my employees) when I was trying to help them, I asked them to leave my store. If they didn't comply, I had security help them comply with this request. The customer isn't always right. That being said, this customer wasn't overly abusive or out of line and should have received some help. But this person obviously is in no position to help you, so you should have escalated it to higher and higher levels of management until someone does help you. The only problem is that if this is some off-shore company they can just disconnect you and ignore you without threat of reprisal.
