Network Down?

I can't get into the games either. I was able to see the cashier this morning (about an 1 1/2 hour ago). But now I can't get to the cashier.Nevermind I am in now! Weird, maybe it is just running slow

There is some general lagginess caused by an issue with how the Networks back end servers are communicating with FCP's systems.As a result of this you may have difficulty logging into the game client using the Java software. The download seems to not have the same issue.Also, the My Account area and your ability to transfer money from your cashier account to your poker account is hit or miss based on the lag.The problem doesn't seem to be effecting the actual game play once you're in the software.Bonus points appear to be updating in real time and the backlog seems to have been cleared up.

So Ongame is pulling out of the US but they are supporting FCP for a limited time. Is that correct?

I am having the same problem this morning.Bob, I am also having another problem. I have no pending bonuses, but still have some money that can be cleared, but everytime (this has been persisting for several weeks) I try to transfer bonus money into the poker account, it tells me that I cannot because I have two poker bonuses pending. Please let me know how I can get around this. Thanks in advance

I had this problem before. There is some error with the pending bonuses and they will have to be removed manually by support. I would PM or email Bob cause he removed mine.

un freaking believable, i tried for 30 minutes to log into the tournament server to play the last seat 6 protege qualifier. Still can't get in and it just started.oh the hilarity of it all. I finally get in 5 minutes after it starts and the tournament that averages 30+ people has 14 in it.

Me too, except I'm still not able to get on to the tournament server - only the ring game one (I use the downloaded version).

I just tried and got the same thing.not that this is a bad thing though. every minute I don't play poker, is another minute I'll still have that money.

This is messed.
Ummmmm, I don't see my poker account money in My Cashier page.What the dilly, yo? I'd like to withdraw the majority of my roll on the OnGame cashier ASAP.

The problems over the last couple days have been totally caused by issues with the API servers at ON Game.Those are the servers that our systems communicate with On Game through. For example a transfer of money from your cashier to your poker account goes through them.They have either been overloaded and laggy or down for extended periods.As a result of this player's ability to access the My Account and Cashier areas have been effected and there have been times that player's can't log into the games, especially if they use the Java software.I apologize for these problems and I hope they get them totally fixed soon.
