But that adds up quick Just checkin in from the Trop at one of their internet kiosks. .25 fing cents a minute. Well I got another apt to call on, just thought I'd say hi, so HI!!! Now Bye :lol

And tomorrow I get my DVR from Cox Cable so I get to sit around and waste another day, wooooohooooo. Sure feels good to get settled a bit. The Hotel bills were killing me. JMoney2681 0
you think THATS expensive??$1,150 for a 2 bedroom apartment is very expensive. I lived in Monterey and my parents still live there, it's one of the most expensive places you can live. Where do you live?Holy crap, you're paying $1200 for a 2br apartment? When we move (as soon as the house sells) we'll be getting a 4br HOUSE in a gated community, with bike trails, lighted tennis courts, and a clubhouse for $1450/mo.You guys seriously need to research and pool your resources and rent a house! Exactly my point. For about $1,500/month mortgage you can get a pretty decent house in Vegas.QFT

As an example, my buddy and his fiance are paying $1100/mo for a ONE bedroom apartment. And we aren't talking about a modern upgraded place with new floors, carpeting, and cabinets. The kitchen is one of those small galleys that resemble a hallway with counterspace. Not a dump for sure, but they considered themselves LUCKY to get a 1BR like that for $1100. THAT is very expensive.

I know places in New York and California are going to be way higher, but I was just saying for Vegas that's a good price.People can't say, "What! 1k for a 3 bedroom! That's cheap" It depends on where he is renting. In Carmel, you can't get a 1 bedroom studio for less than 1K, usually.

That is where negreanu's house is too by the way. It was the only area with tons of plant life, bright green grass, flowers. It's worth extra rent to live there.
Shizzmoney 0
1200 a month for a 2br? With a garage? That's a pretty sweet deal. Here in Boston, 1200 won't even get you a one room studio! They generally go from 1500-2400, depending on where and what come with! His is not in the best part of Vegas but he only pays $675/month for a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment.I am curious to know, because I make the move to Veags at some point, what 'hoods are good to live? What 'hoods are bad?

Summerlin is also a nice place to stay, you are going to be paying more but it's worth it. There are four of us total and we pay 375 a month each. Comes out to 500 month with bills and all. Stay away from North Las Vegas, that's the "hood", unless your looking for a hooker or some blow...
