Fake Hand On Espn

Recommended Posts

ESPN does a lot of editing for the WSOP poker shows so many things that we see on TV are not accurate accounts of what actually happened. However, Paul Phillips claims here that ESPN actually faked a hand between Hellmuth and Tony D. In this hand, Tony D held JT to Hellmuth's 77 and folded when Hellmuth reraised on a board of K-4-J-J.
Does anyone even read their own posts before they hit 'Add Reply' anymore? Go to your OWN LINK in the OP and you will see that the article itself actually says that it has been verified BY TONY D that the hand did play out that way."[update Aug 11 2005: a couple people say they have asked Tony about this hand and that he says he did fold trip jacks. It's entirely possible that that's true,"AND"One of the hands I always thought was faked"This thread is useless.
