Somber Day In Our Little Poker Paradise

Recommended Posts

Well let me begin by sharing with you the daily lives of our little poker community.I work as a dealer in a small poker room in the southernmost part of central Oklahoma. This past weekend we lost one of our own, a beloved and cherished person, a former tennis pro, and lastly one of our "regular" if you will poker players. I just wanted to post this to ask for support from the FCP community, and for your thoughts and prayers to go out to Robbie Seargants family and friends. We all at Red River Casino truly cherished him not only as a wonderful player, but mostly as a wonderful person. He will be greatly missed, and sincerely mourned for, and we are all still in shock at this untimely and greatly premature loss of a great person and friend. Once again, thank you for your support, may our thoughts and prayers be with his family and dearest of so many freinds.

Thoughts and prayers coming your/their way from the southwest corner of Colorado. You are a good caring friend and person to risk the idiot flamers on this site, and from those of us who are not like that, we send our best and may God be with you and your friends and your friend and his family. It sounds like he was wonderful man and is in a far better place... :club:

Never a good thing to hear, regardless of whether you know the person or not. I recently lost a close family friend and the FCP community was there to lend their love and support. OP, my thoughts and prayers will be with the family of your beloved friend and fellow player. Best wishes to all involved.

My thoughts and prayers to all involved. As stated before I am also impressed that you would post this on a forum. I am also proud that the FCP community has not disgraced you or your friend by posting worthless comments. All the bestSix
