ogmaster 0
I've been having some reading dealer blogs at work, mainly http://table-tango.pokerworks.com/ and it's kind of suprising yet not suprising that there are these shmucks who blame the dealer for losing. I mean yes, when a dealer screws up and you lose money, hey that's a time to be upset(although I have been on the beneficiary side of a dealer screwup ) but man the stories are just crazy. What kind of idiot blames the dealers for them losing? I just dont get it, maybe it's because I realize that I'm the shmuck that lost. What's funny is that on that table tango blog, the dealer that does the blog mentions Stu Ungar on how if he won, it was because he was the best around. And if he lost, it was because of the damn dealer. Just crazy.
_Great_Dane_ 0
I never blame the dealer when I lose a hand, but I do expect them to know and enforce the rules (which they sometimes don't do).
ElToasto 0
I was playing a 4-8 spead game at the Grand down in Biloxi a few years agon and was at a table w/a complete jerk. This guy was berating the dealer non stop and it was borderline cruel. I was at the table for only 15 min and it was really getting to me. Luckily for me I got involved in a huge multiway pot w/ him and another guy. I flopped an open ended straight flush draw and the 3 of us capped nearly every street. On the river, 1st pos bet, jerk raised, I missed my draw and proceeded to casually toss my cards onto the aholes unprotected cards. The dealer has to call the floor for a ruling and they declare the jerks hand dead and awards the pot to the remaining player. The jerk grabs his cards and flips up top set and goes nuts. The best part is the jerk gets so mad he throws one of those very restrained punches at the floor managers arm while cussing and flailing around. Jerk is booted from the casino and everyone at the table including the dealer has the biggest smile on their face. I suggest trying it next time you run into one of these people, hey, nothing wrong w/ enforcing a little karma on someone every now and again.

FileError404 0
Look for "This is rigged" posts. These are the same schmocks who berate the dealer. How could it be their fault? They play perfectly every time...

A_Bullets_A 0
I'm a dealer and as long as no one at the table is getting offended by one of these rude, angry players then I love having them at my table. It doesn't bother me at all so I just think they're funny. Makes my night go by faster. Poker is not so bad though. The poker players mostly just get mad at each other, but I deal blackjack too. Now those players are halarious. Some of the stuff they say gets pretty bad. Those people really hate me. LOL.

Tiltinagain 973
I see nothing wrong with mucking on his cards. He's being a ****, not protecting his cards like he's supposed to, **** him.Agreed. When I go to play poker I'm there to make money, but the best thing about playing live versus online, for me at least, is interacting with other people that enjoy poker as much as I do. Playing live a few month ago, three or four of us at the table had been playing for 4 or 5 hours and were all having a great time laughing when we sucked out on each other, congratulating great plays etc... This a hole comes over from another table and immediately starts berating everyone's play while calling raise/re-raises all the way down with nothing but a gut shot and catching on the river like you wouldn't believe. Final straw was when the guy next to me has aces, caps all the way down when he catches trips and this guy calls all the way with a 9 high back door flush draw...and catches on the river of course. The guy with trip aces calmly asked the a hole why he was calling and finally just say's "nice hand sir" and drops it. The a hole got so beligerant that this "young punk" was "disrespecting" him that we were all getting pissed. We saw one more hand, racked our chips and four of us got up and cashed out at the same time, much to the shagrin of the poker room manager. We let him know why we were leaving in to uncertain terms and left. I wish I would have thought of mucking on this a-holes cards for ruining a fun evening for the rest of us. If that's wrong, too f-ing bad.

Tiltinagain 973
Why leave? Take the calling stations money.Understood but this guy was so loud and obnoxious and wouldn't shut his pie hole that none of us were having a good time anymore. It was to the point that either we left or there was going to be a physical altercation to put this guy in his place. Since I'm many years removed from High School, I chose to just walk away.

GWCGWC 83
I don't like it when players give the dealer heat. Everyone who plays live poker has a few stories where the dealer messed up and cost them money. The dealers are human and make occasional errors, no biggie. The players that blame the dealers for getting bad cards or getting outdrawn are usually losing players.

rogerwilco 0
Blaming the the dealer for bad luck at the table is fuc.king stupid. Insulting a dealer because of a mistake is arrogant, everyone makes mistakes. And in my experience usually the dealers feel bad themselves when they make a mistake that costs people money, or at least they are apologetic about it.
cubsfan04 0
At my local casino couple years back playing roulette. when this old lady just starts going off on the dealer. Screaming "The wheel is out of level, I wanna see the pit boss." So they call him over and she starts screamin at him "That wheel is out of level it keeps hitting the low numbers. Im gonna call the gaming commision and sue your casino... blah blah blah." So this pit boss with a completely straight face and calm voice goes "well then ma'am, why do you keep betting the high numbers." Freaking great I was dying
