Is this guy getting paid by Jamie Gold or planning on making money off of him?It sure sounds like it - no one really writes like that but bad press agents "meteoric rise"If he is I'd actually not like him here - It would be like someone from Party Poker posting every single day to tell me how great the website is. It almost seems like spam to me. I'm not saying I'm not interested in Jamie Gold whatever but from the avatar down sounds like he creeps people out here - maybe he should fess up to what his interest is in Jamie Gold and his rep

You have to admit though, Party Poker is a pretty great site. Such a varied amount of games and limits, plus their tournaments are unmatched.

Hi Stylin Fish, you are absolutely right! Party Poker has been the leader in online poker for years, and will continue to be for the forseeable future. Whether you enjoy playing for play money only, or like the thrill of high stakes gambling, Party Poker has it all. Their software is top notch, and like you said, the variety of games is simply astonishing. I play there everyday! And you should too.

There's a huge difference between not jumping on the "I hate Jamie Gold" bandwagon and what Jack Harris has been saying on this site.I don't hate Jamie Gold, but the unethical things I saw him do at the final table were enough for me to think he's a complete scumbag. I wonder what else he did against the rules or unethical during the tournament that wasn't caught on tape.

Do you also believe that 9/11 was a govt. conspiracy? Reasons I like Gold: 1. Gold played better than DN or anyone else at the ME.2. Devoted to his mother3. Using his money to care for his father who has ALS4. Has won tournaments at the Commerce5. Spent 2 years learning from Chan paying his poker duesGold will become one of the poker greats before his career is over. His skills as an agent translate well to the felt.Poker dogging Gold is bs. There's your answer.

Also I would like to say being devoted to your mother does not make you a great person. Lots of criminals are very devoted to their mothers. It's how you conduct yourself in both your professional and personal dealings that define you as a good/moral/ethical person. I think Gold through his professional dealings has shown himself to be a questionable character at best.
