alexruimy 0
I've recently had a really bad run of cards and it finally looks like the bad run is over. So I'm headed to Turning Stone tonight to play 1/2 $100 max (or possibly 1/2 $200 max) against the Friday night drunks. Any advice (I typically play stud and NLHE tourneys)? The one thing I don't like about the game is the standard raise of $12 preflop. 12% of my stack seems a bit much to commit prospectively...

Naked_Cowboy 0
If the standard raise is $12 at 1-2 (and it is in a lot of 1-2 live games), sit at the 200 max. Double the play obv.
alexruimy 0
Yeah, I figure that's sage advice and if my BR supports it, I'll do it.How should I handle the drunks? Really tight until I make a hand, then push push push? ABC style?

Let them hang themselves.
