_Great_Dane_ 0
Ok newbie flamers, tell me where i'm going to get caught on this one. Open up a poker account using fake info, open up a neteller atm card with fake info, withdrawl money from atm and spend cash. How will the IRS trace me? There's more happening behind the scenes than most people realize. All financial institutions have money laundering prevention processes in place and a lot of transactions are flagged and forwarded to the IRS and other government agencies.Proceed at your own risk. PA32R 0
You could set up a false identity by visiting your local cemetary and finding the details of someone about your age who died as a young child. research this persons history and take this data along to the agency that deals with passports, hey presto! Instant fake id.This information should be enough to open a bank account. Hence tax free poker winnings. Your poker handle could be something like "the Jackel". If you ever find yourself running bad, assasination of powerfull world figures ( at the right price) could see you through the lean times. This additional income would also un-traceable for tax purposes. No longer works. There were always problems with it - how do you explain being 27, speaking American English and not having a SSN?But now they cross check in almost all if not all states when you try to get a birth certificate. But hey, there are all kinds of books. Check out Loompanics, Paladin Press, etc.Edit: Looks like Loompanics is out of business, but their site http://www.loompanics.com/cgi-local/SoftCa....html?E+scstorehas a pretty complete list of other vendors of books that purport to show you how to get a new identity, avoid taxes, install bugs in houses, make surpressors, set up mail drops, etc. If I were the sort to try these types of things, I'd shop at these book vendors. But I'd pay with Money Orders. finztotheleft 0
Maybe the overzealous Republicans in the House of Representatives were right to worry about the morals of online poker players................

wellsberry 0
They got a CEO of a British gaming site. They can find you if they want. They are just dying to make an example of someone. This just gives them another reason to attack online gambling.
jbage007 0
What you are suggesting here has a name. It's called....WIRE FRAUD.Good thing you'll be saving some taxes--you'll need the cash to pay your lawyers to keep your butt out of the slinger. It's also tax-fraud, but I gathered you already knew that.Brilliant. Just brilliant. Best way to "avoid" income tax on poker winnings--play LIVE. That's what I do, and hell, I'm a tax attorney
