Well, I do understand poker, and I do appreciate how good the call was. I guess I just didn't understand your form of sarcasm. Based on what you're saying here, we're definitely in agreement that it was a great call.I figured you were criticizing the play, which I disagreed with. i think i can top that. although i don't have the hand history, allen cunningham called the rest of his $6000 in chips in that big omaha game last night with what was essentially an eight-high diamond draw with no redraw. this is after three guys called pot sized bets on the turn, which were all close to $18k. well, the diamond hit...which made someone an ace high flush.the only thing i can think of was he just wanted to reload and was getting really good odds, but it's omaha and an 8 hi flush with no redraw is very marginal. plus he bought in for 8k so it's not like he didn't have 75% of his money.i still think allen is one of the best players in the world, i guess if i had his money i might toss it around with 8th nut diamond draws too.
