The Pay Per View Commentating Is Terrible

Recommended Posts

I didn't pay $25 to have these commentators go on and on about everything but the action. When they actually DO comment on the action I don't need Phil Gordon's "expert" analysis on every single facet. Especially when he's wrong more than half the time. I'm tired of hearing how "surprised" he is when he guesses wrong about what the next play is going to be.I would LOVE to hear what the players are actually SAYING.

I just realized that the donk announcer, Ali Nejad, from the protege tourney is with Phil Gordon... holy crap... I'd rather be in hell than listen to those two guys.

That's my biggest complain about poker TV in general: most of the players are entertaining on their own. We don't need commentators trying to be entertaining over the players. I'd rather just be a fly on the wall and listen to the players.Chad

Good show so far! Its on break right now and they were showing clips of past WSOP events such as the 1988 even when Johnny Chan won.My bets on Allen Cunningham he really mixes it up, slow playing raising when sees weakness from the limping (which is happening quite often) And the rock, paper, scissors bets on the side are enertining as well! :DAnd for those that are not watching the event on tv. Heres a Great link with Photos and updated chip counts! Enjoy! :club:http://www.lasvegasvegas.com/pokerblog/
