grocery_mony 8
the bellagio looks like your standard upscale room but the big games are played in a glass enclosed room called "bobby's room"(named after former wsop champ and current MGM/Mirage exec Bobboy Baldwin) you can look in from the outside but you cant go in unless you are playing or an invited guest. also unless you are a high limit player the room is very overated. nutzbuster 7
I call B.S.Bobby's room ghestapo will not let you stand near the main door for one second, let alone allow viewing from the side windows (actually semi frosted glass sliding parlor doors). The main room is crampt and crowded with a game list hand scrawled on pads of paper. Incredible. I can't believe they went thru an extensive remodel a few years back and this was the result.Room is too small. Tables are crammed together and people constanly bang into each other getting in and out of their seats. And that there is still no electronic waiting list is beyond belief. matt21sz 0
There is 0% chance Bellagio was letting people rail the Big Game from inside Bobby's Room. For starters, the room isn't exactly big enough to allow people to watch the action. Perhaps he walked into the room for a brief period of time.A group of us go to Vegas twice a year and always stay at Bellagio. Last year, a "friend" of mine thought it would be funny to walk into Bobby's Room at 4 in the morning drunk off his ***. Not only was he escorted (thrown) out of the room, our group of 12 were nearly asked to leave the hotel. Fortunately, we were able to smooth over management and continue to enjoy the hotel. They did instruct us to keep our drunk friend out of the poker room...not just Bobby's Room, the entire poker room. With that much money on the table there is no way Bellagio or their insurance companies would allow spectators in that room.I don't believe this occured as described to the OP. CobaltBlue 662
During my visit to the Bellagio poker room several weeks ago, I was surprised that it wasn't bigger. That's not to say that it's small - just not what I expected. I thought that the divisions into low-stakes, mid-stakes, and high-stakes was an interesting setup. I was also surprised that Bobby's room wasn't larger. Through the glass, I could only make out a few people playing...and only recognized David Grey. The design of the room is nice, but I was underwhelmed by the lack of electronic waiting lists.
gilbertology 0
The op is the dumbest biggest liar ever and will flame in hell for eternity. Thou shalt not lie. Yeh the Bellagio poker room is pretty small, if you're still playing early around 5amish you can watch from the cashier's side through the glass and have a clear view. Who cares tho!
