Poker Stars Cash Out Policy?

I was reading the cash out policy for Poker Stars, and was wondering if I am reading it correctly. I think it says that each cash out can only be for the amount that you deposited. So if I deposit $50 and want to withdrawl $250, I have to do 5, $50 withdrawls? Am I reading this correctly? And if I am, how often can you withdraw that amount? Thanks for the help.

I remember cashing out 1,000 on PS w/ neteller and I think I had to withdraw the original $25 or 50 I put in the I could cash out the rest. I think.. not sure.
