I withdrew money back in the end of June and it has STILL not posted to my firepay account. I have spoken with one "verify" rep like 5 times and she still has not done a thing to help and recently hasnt' responded to any of my emails. I called the toll free number too and the FCP reps say they have no power in the matter. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? Link to post Share on other sites

gobears 0 Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 PM FCP Info for helpIt takes awhile and FCP uses this 3rd party called Virtual Exchange who actually handles the transaction.They actually sent me a check instead of going back thru Firepay because of some technical issue (they couldn't see my initial firepay deposit so they had to send a check). Long story about my refusal to pay for two deposits I DIDN'T make there a couple years back. I disputed the charge, and Firepay took it back from Full Tilt.Long and short...Firepay DOES suck, and Neteller, or CentralCoin if forced, are way friendlier and helpful.PS...Get CentralCoin! I had a firepay chargeback that was resolved 2 weeks ago but now suddenly my account has been disabled by the "Risk Team". I emailed verify and they have been no help whatsoever. Meanwhile I can't even access my funds, and no email response for 24 hours.
