Holy crap, the age distribution is more like 16-20. I feel like I am ancient at 22. Also, does anybody else find it a little revealing about the United States in the fact that most of the people playing online poker are not technically able to legally gamble? Personally, I find it a little disturbing considering there seems to be a lot of talk on this forum about "going pro". Honestly, how could these kids think they have enough experience in poker to actually make a living doing it, how long have they been playing, 1-2 years? I apoligize to any of you young kids that really just play poker for the sport of it but I am just a little dissapointed in American culture right now.

a few states you only have to 18 to gamble so it is "legal" for you to play

:):D:):) Man, you guys are young. No wonder you were perscribing drugs to DN. :):D:D:):club::D I love it!!!! But i have a question for some, if not all of you. How come you guys have bad memories. You know, one poker skill that you NEED to have, is a great memory. The reason i say this is because another thread on here asks who DN was kissing on at the WPT tonight. I'm sure most of you have read all of DN's bloggs. I read them all back in December and have kept up since and I remembered who that was when i saw DN go up to him. And i never read them more than once. Too busy gaining poker info from other avenues. (by the way DN, i picked up some tells on you. :D:) ) Hey, not trying to rile up anybody, but if some of you are serious about becoming something in the poker world, you have to be able to recall small things like that. Just trying to help. If you come play some No-limit Live action with me, I may be able to help a little more

Not every kid who plays "Cowboys and Indians" grows up to be cattle rancher.

IM 18 i was woundering if anyone is in cali and knows of any rooms that are 18 im pretty sure all the indian casinos are now 21 due to alcohol
Casino Mrongo is in Cabazon, it's 18+. They just opened a new poker room, it's old one was dirty. They have a lot of young people playing there now. They have mostly limit holdem, 2/4, 3/6 kill and up. They have No limit starting at $100 buy-in. They have no limit tourneys on Mon., Wed, and Sat. I thinkViejas Casino is in San diego. They have a pretty nice casino, way better looking than the old Morongo room. They have $1-2 blind no limit w/ a $20 min buy-in. They also have daily tourneys.I think Barona in San Diego is 18+ too, but I'm not sure I've never been there. I don't seek them out anymore since I turned the legal drinking age.

I'm 19. I know the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez (near Santa Barbara) is 18+ and I have some friends from San Diego who say Barona is 18+.
