SavageHenry 0
the neg-o is a by far my favorite low stakes tourney to play. Since there are points involved most people dont nutbar it. Its nice to be able to play against people playing their hardest without putting up a lot of money.

1sickpuppyx 0
Nice job, I watched for a bit as you sat down at my table after I left. Thanks Wandigo. The only regret I have is that last pot - I had no business being in it, but at least the other player had his quads paid off - must have made him happy.
Mercury69 3
Hehe...I was playing a cash table while in the Neg-O, so I go to raise on the cash table (AKo) when the Neg-O pops up to front. I hit raise before noticing, unfortunately, and I was short stacked. the raise left me with less than 400, so I went all-in anyway, losing to AA. At least it was ATo, which isn't horrible, but bad enough. Figures I'd find someone's nuts on that play, though.

UncleHoot 0
How many people typically play in this tourney? I tried looking up that info yesterday, but I couldn't find a good answer and/or didn't know exactly what I was looking at.I haven't set up a real $ account on FCP yet, but if people actually play "well" in this tourney, it might be fun to join-in, even if just for the learning experience. I had AK and the other person had 88.I was thinking I had a small chance to win when I got an ace on the flop and another on the turn. Then he caught an 8 on the river to fill up. Oh well it was fun and I made a profit... :)SarahsDad222

Actually running down sarah's dad AK on the river was also a key pot at the final table. I was prepared to retreat into hunker down and wait for hands mode when i saw the ace of the flop and was swearing id never play 88 again since it had cost about a third of my chips earlier. Figger 0
Good match last night. Was it me (by me, I mean filled with Captain & Cokes) or did it seem like once we got to the final table, people were getting knocked out pretty quickly?

We all got in the money (and FCP chips) and then try to rebuild stacks.I try to be more aggressive when it gets near the bubble. But there were many times I'd tell myself I was going to raise or go all in then someone does it right before I do.

Blinds were pretty oppressive though for about 2/3 of the stacks at the final table so the action is understandable.

I'm not unhappy with the result, but one of these days I'm gonna make it to the top of that Neg-O mountain and claim first.
