It was a simple question and statement that are both straight forward. I'm sorry if you didn't understand them the first time. Let me explain it as that seems to be your big gripe right now.The poster comes to the FCP forums to post a new message. He gets a list of all the groups that exist here. Looking down the list he obviously sees 'off topic' and/or 'poker movies'. However, he goes to the 'General Poker' group. The poster starts a new thread in the 'General Poker' section. He titles it "i know this shouldnt be in general, but. . .". So my curiosity is piqued. And I post my question asking "Then why put it here?" and then a statement as to a more appropriate area for the post. I ask the question because I really want to know what motivates a person to ask a question in an area that they know is not the best place to get the best answer. The person knows that there is a better place to ask yet takes the time to post in the wrong area, announce that he is posting in the wrong area, and asks a question in the wrong area.The next thing I know I have other forum members jumping on me, cursing me, because they don't like my questions. It was a question and a statement that had nothing to do with those who responded to it nor do the responses address the simple question. You begin accusing me saying that these are all the posts that I make. They are a very small percentage of the total posts that I have made here. My gripe is why do you seem to care so much. Why is it your job to point out that someting is stupid or goes in another are of the forum. I don't see why you waste time to worry about this, since the things you seem to worry about are of a trivial nature. Like I've said, the forum mods will put a thread where it belongs if they eel the need to do that, and since you aren't one it is kinda ridiculouws that you keep on harpig on people over very small things. I really am not posting anything for your approval. I'm posting what and how I want to. If you don't like that, then I cannot help you. I don't tend to go into long diatribes on a subject when a few lines work just as well. If my confidence comes accross as condescending to you, that's not my issue. You have to deal with that as you see fit. If I've mentioned more than about half dozen posts being in the wrong area, I'd be surprised. And if the other posters are annoyed, that's between myself and them. But cursing at me and calling me names is not something that is a rational response to my trivial questions and comments.
