I believe Neteller is also located outside of the U.S. as well. So, it's going to be relatively difficult to stop this from happening.Same applies with online sports betting as well. Those sites are located overseas as to avoid being under U.S. law.thats probably why they are taking action, they probably want to be able to tax it in the US. At the moment they get nothing and whilst I'm from the uk where gambling is tax free, I'm guessing in reality most people in the US probably don't actually pay tax on their winnings.
