I lost5 minutes of possible hands.got knocked out fairly quickly. I was so upset, 5 min of possible hands gone down the drain.I wrote support and it took over three hours for them to get back to me to say i was disconnected.THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I WAS DISCONNECTED, I WAS WATCHING ANOTHER TABLE PLAY, I WAS WATCHING THE MINUTES ON THE TIMER GO BY.I can't believe these people are lying to me.Is this what I have to look forward to on this site, i am very upset with this kind of thing with the program and really upset with the way support has handled it 3 hrs later, and have lied to me.Very disillusionednarcosleep

The hands that you missed were:700352355700359681 700365219 The next hand at the table was 700371044 in which you were there to take the action of folding. You can look up these hands using the hand history tool at the FCP website and you can use the previous and next hand at the table button to see that those were the only hands that you missed.http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker/hand_history.phpOn the information that is available for support to look up when a player isn't connected to the table it shows them as being timed out, it doesn't mean that they were disconnected just that they either weren't connected to that game or that they didn't act in time and that's what was referred to in saying that you were timed out.Occasionally the software won't bring a player to a tournament at the start and they'll have to manually find their table like you did tonight. I understand your frustration with this but there isn't a pattern that I'm aware of why this happens. In the e-mail that I sent you I've gone into further details.RegardsBobFCP Poker Manager

I have posted below an excerpt from supports email in which you will all see the difference in explantations from supports to bobs and why i got so upset at supports explanation. Okay, I'm exstatic to say that Bob has sorted everything out in this problem.Wonderfull job Bob,,,Bob for president. Below I have quoted bob from his post above, and below that i have quoted from an email from support so all can see where the communication went wrong.Bob's explanation:On the information that is available for support to look up when a player isn't connected to the table it shows them as being timed out, it doesn't mean that they were disconnected just that they either weren't connected to that game or that they didn't act in time and that's what was referred to in saying that you were timed out.""Occasionally the software won't bring a player to a tournament at the start and they'll have to manually find their table like you did tonight. I understand your frustration with this but there isn't a pattern that I'm aware of why this happens.""Supports explanation:Thank you for your patience with us at Full Contact Support. I have lookedinto your inquiry regarding the $20,000 Guaranteed! MTT you played today. Itshowed that you timed out for 3 hands at the beginning and was able toreconnect and finish the game. ""Timing out means that your connection to ourserver dropped momentarily. Unfortunately, because the connection that dropped with your ISP and our game server was not a result from our end, we would not be able to refund your buy-in. We are sorry for any inconveniences and thank you for your time. ""Supports explanation stated that I timed out because the server connection was dropped.Bob explains that timed out means simply that I missed the hands, and the timer timed me out and sometimes the program doesn't take you to the table and you have to get there manually.Bob is absolutely right on, I knew I was not disconnected, and because i just joined on the 7th, i wasn't aware of this possible problem on this site.Again, I do sincerely apologize for calling this site liars, initially that was the only conclusion i could arrive at, however, it is very clear now that support simply needs better training maybe in their knowledge of this program. Thanks again Bob narcosleep
