on the other side,, I like this book which i just picked up my last trip into town. the section devoted to sit and goes strategy, and the section devoted to multitabling are explained in a pratical way. :club: since scott hasnt' read books such as top (theory of poker) it does leave out a lot of theory that might of made them better. :D Still I am rereading it over and over for it is a lot better then my doyle online book, or deal me in or killer poker online. :D

i went to the store one day for about an hour and looked it over (this is what i always do before i order it off of amazon so i am ot supprised when i recieve the book). it seems like it is ok but it is mainly focused on SNG's and i think his insights are pretty good, the only problem for me is i dont play SNG's. there seems to be a lot of material in there that doesnt need to be in there or if you have been online at all you should already know.

What you fail to realize though is that there are many people who may pick up this book that may be complete neophytes when it comes to online poker. That is why this book and numerous others include some very basic stuff in them.

Yeah, if you've been playing online for a significant amount of time, a lot of the book is rehash. Granted, it's good rehash. I try to pick up and read every significant poker strat book that comes out, just so that I know what's getting emphasized in the literary world. Usually end up picking up a tip or two per book in the process.

It's a pretty decent book. His writing style is extremely easy to read although the information in the book is a little on the basic side. I already knew most of the stuff in the book, but I don't feel like I wasted any money when I bought it.

I read about 3/4 of it and it wasn't bad. It was definitely on the basic side but not bad for someone who hasn't played much online before.

Ive read it. :D Its a good book - easy to understand though I felt as if I was for new players who didn't really know how about online poker. Still it gives you some good tips one fiding the sites and blind sizes best for you and also it breaks down the mapping of online sites completely. It explains the differences between live and online games and even has some tips from other well know players in it at the end of every chapter. Key things to remember are also peppered throughout but highlighted in red boxes. In all I thought it was a good read so Im gonna give it 7 1/2 out of 10. Not a bad score! :club:

Don't let a small sample deter you. Variance hits everyone.

Its a good read but nearly all of it has been covered in any of the HOH's. He doesnt going into much depth about online strategy and what not. Overall, worth a read if you dont have to pay for it other wise read or re-read HOH 1,2,3.
