Recommended Posts

DN at 9,800 with blinds about to go to 50-100. acceptable
Daniel Negreanu is CruisingA player under the gun limps and so does Daniel Negreanu from middle position. The small blind raises to $250 and Negreanu calls. The flop comes KclubQheart5diamond and both players check. The turn is the 10heart and the small blind checks. Negreanu bets 600 and the small blind check-raises him all-in for another $1,900. Negreanu calls instantly and turns over Jclub9club for a straight. The small blind turns over 10diamond10spade for a turned set. The river doesn't pair the board when the 2diamond hits, and Negreanu has eliminated another opponent. He builds his stack to $12,700.

At the start of the limit tourney, he'll leave, be walked over to the limit tourney and won't be able to come back until he's busted out of the limit event or wins it
Come on, guys, get a clue. Players have been playing two tournaments for years. Your info on a tournament director not allowing someone at a table is ridiculous. If you pay the money, and you've got chips, you can sit there and allow them to get blinded off, play a few hands, go back and forth, etc. The onyl rule you have to adhere to is when you're actually playing a hand (must be in your seat when the last card is dealt; must not walk away from the table when you're in a hand, etc.)

lol, i think that's hilarious:

Fri Jun 30 13:56:00 PDT 2006Hellmuth's Kings Hold UpPhil Hellmuth from mid position ($4,000) calls the big blind. His opponent from the button ($1,525) raises $200. Hellmuth looks at his opponent and says, "How much do you have left?" Hellmuth thinks for a minute before saying, "Make it six." His opponent thinks for a minute and raises all-in ($875 more). Hellmuth beats him into the pot. Hellmuth turns over K :) K :club:. His opponent nods his head and realizes he's in trouble (Q :) Q :D). The board brings no help 10 :P 7 :D 2 :D 5 :club: J :) to Hellmuth's opponent and Hellmuth takes home the more than $3,000 pot and has built his stack to close to $5,200.
I can totally visualize Hellmuth playing that hand :P

http://www.casino.com/poker/1500-Razz-If-Y...Youre-With.htmlSure people sneak between the two, but it is (or was) quite against the rules, and it would be pretty obvious if phil ivey were doing it.

for whoever is saying that you can't play multi-tables at the wsop, i know for a fact that greenstein did it last year. it was all over the cardplayer updates.

so did mizrachitheirs no rule about it, however the only thing is that when the cards are dealt, if youre not in your seat your hand will be mucked even if you eventually return
