PhishForChips 0
I have heard rumors that T.J Cloutier is not as well off financially as you would assum becasuse of his tendency to play craps after a Poker tourney and blow all his winnings on the craps tables. This leads me to a question. because of the nature of gambling addiction, do you think many of the top poker players basically give a good portion of their winnings back to the casino through various other forms of gaming? Guest Anonymous
I assume a good number of them do. Not the smart ones who know that it is gmabling and you have no edge and the house always wins. It was funny when they showed ted forrest this year and he said he had won a million dollars in a day plyaing poker and lost a million playing craps.
SuM827 0
I heard the same. It's strange, because Cloutier is a player that generally plays a tight, solid style of poker. I would think the guys that have a gambling problem would take a different approach to poker. But whatever the case, it's Cloutier's business. I don't know why Paul Phillips would post anything about Cloutier being chased by guys with IOUs. It seems to be in poor taste.
KDawgCometh 2
Phil Ivey has been known to spend a bunch of time at teh table games too ina casino. Scotty Ngyuen is a very good blackjack player too(he will overspend with his money too, so he's not as well off as people would think either). I don't doubt that sports betting is probably the biggest BR drain for a lot of players

How many times does Paul need to get blamed for this stuff before someone realizes that it's not him. I have seen this exact quote like 5 billion times on here.
