I don't know much about it other than this link, but I'm considering signing up for it. Cactus sponsors my softball team. The plasma tv thing may have roped me in.http://metromix.chicagotribune.com/events/...x-home_features
I noticed it the other day as well.although how much is it... $50-$250 is a hell of a range! Which one? lol.I love Cactus though... had a friend who used to work there, but I'm not sure if he does anymore. Drinks taste better when they're free. Strawberry margaritas there are ridiculous though, best in the city.

Haven't tried there yet. Notice I said best "strawberry"... normally I only drink margarita's on the rocks. So it's a whole different ballgame really.Enjoy the game though.

Supposedly this charity event has some weak games.http://www.rockfordcharitablegames.com/new_site/events.phpI'm going for the first time on the 20th.
I've gone. It's been awhile though. Only bad thing is that you can only cashout $250 more than whatever you buyin for. I think they use giftcards and things like that for stuff that goes over, for tourneys and stuff.

Gift cards? Allow me to quote the great Mitch Hedberg:"Gift certificates are not a good idea. You take money that's good EVERYWHERE and..."

Maybe they're like Amex ones or something like that. I'm not sure. But Mitch was the man.
