Uhm, well, I hate June and I hate short-handed limit.First 5/10 in June:510june4iz.th.pngAfter that run I went down to 3/6 to regroup, which has worked really well so far:36june2ic.th.pngWorst run yet in my poker career.

well with 5 days left I am 15 dollars short of my goal. I so far have turned 50 into 485 in 1272 hands. Im pleased with my play so far as I make my comeback into the poker world. This time I am doing it right and posting more hands and reading more hands so the rust isnt to bad.

Still down about $500 on the month, but considering that was down $4.5k at one point, I'm happy about my recovery. Not sure if I'll end up digging out fully or not.

I started with $300, had it up to $1850, but have managed to downswing my way to $1250. I started off redhot, and moved up to 2/4 SH LHE, started out hot there as well, but hit my downswing at 2/4, and it's reached about 140 BBs or so now.I'm putting in some more hands at 1/2 since the roll has gotten quite small for 2/4, hopefully I can shake this downswing soon.My goal for the month was 600 BB's at 1/2, so I'm still about $200 short of that for now. Still running at 2.4 BB/100 over 16k hands, so I'm happy enough with that for the month, for now.- Zach

I'm nowhere near I wanted to be this month. I'm up about $2500 online, but I'm down about $2000 or so playing live. I've found that I just don't have the patience to play even reasonable poker getting 15-20 hands an hour any more. The Montana law that no pots can exceed $300 which leads to boring short-stack poker doesn't exactly help me play well either.

I agree with this..i played live the other day for the first time in a little while and man i just got bored...after 3 tabling online, playin a hand every 5 minutes just isnt the same

Agreed. I only play live for entertainment now.

i wish i could play poker online and make money at it, but alas i have no patience for ONLINE poker! It may sound backwards to some people but i recognized my weakness in playing online ring games because there is so much stuff to distract me. Playing live at a casino really gets my mind in to focus and i couldnt care less if i play 1 hand an hour. Now that im free for the summer i can get back into some live play. I'm still not sure which game is more profitable - playing online where you can see a lot of hands and multiple tables or playing live where you wont see nearly the same amount of hands but the players are much much worse and dont just leave the table after losing a buy-in.I've only been able to make 1 trip to the Bike so far (i just came back in town) but i plan on making a bunch more in the next 3 months. Results (playing 200 max nl): 6.5 hours +350

I've been feeling left out of the graph fun, so I thought I'd put one up (even though I can't get the hand-by-hand PokerPatterns stuff since Bodog doesn't have tracking)...profitbyweek.jpg

you made about $8000 in a week. shnikes.i actually had a great day today, and it was desparately needed. bonus-clearing is going slower than expected since i'm having to play a lot of 1/2, but at least i'm getting hands in. i'll be adding everything up at the end of this week, and probably making some rather significant life decisions based on how i did this month.

Yeah, that was a good week. Four days where I made over a grand. The inevitable downswing came over the next two weeks where I had three separate sessions where I dropped more than $3k.The funniest part of the graph is around the Week 50 mark. I remember thinking that dip was catastrophic at the time.As you can see, I've basically been breaking even for the past six weeks.

you've inspired me to set mine up. i'll see if i can get all my sites together, since i'm really curious to see how much i dropped in one go. i swear i dropped about 100bb each on 4-5 sites in one run

Well my horrible June continues. Bubbled final table in the $10 PLO rebuy this afternoon. I'm no longer surprised when AAJT loses to AQ33.......................I am however still surprised that people can make it that deep in a tourney thinking AQ33 is a strong hand.

Ive played 2/3rds as many hands as i wanted to on the month. Im too ****ing layz.Probably finishing up with about $4,000 on the month.
i actually looked into hands since we talked before. since I got PT a little over a month ago, i've got 35000 of my hands in there. this doesn't include a few thousand from pokerroom i've had trouble importing. i'm not exactly sure how much over a month that is, but probably not much.i'd guess in the last 30 days i played 35000-40000 hands, including a week or so off. this is despite pretty few hours, since i've been 6-tabling and playing at some very tight games, which have averaged better than 90/hour at times.didnt play at all yesterday because i was out, but in the 8 days previous to that i got in a pretty solid 5-6 hours or so in front of the computer, which was about 1500 hands each day. total for the 8 days is probably 14-15000 when accounting for missed hands.i'm not going to be playing much/at all friday or sunday either, but the last week or so made me realize that if i/we were to take it seriously, and really strive for 20-25 days of 8 hours per day, 40K hands per month shouldn't be too tough, and 50-60 doable.going balls-out on pokerroom today - going to try and get 2000 points for the two reloads. i'll probably crack the leaderboard so you can all check me out.going to do the monthly tally on saturday or sunday.
