From people saying it's the most dangerous strategy guide to ever hit the market, to people calling it suicidal poker. I haven't read it yet, but I'm assuming if you have any level of expertise in the game, it tends to lean towards the latter.Anyways, maybe I'll pick this up eventually. I have most of the essentials:- Super System I and II- Theory of Poker- HOH 1, 2, 3- Phil Gordon's Little Green Book- World Poker Tour: In The Money- SSHE- Tournament Poker for Advanced PlayersSo yea. Suited_Up 2 Posted July 23, 2006 Share Posted July 23, 2006 Any suggestions like of what you are reading now?Right now I'm reading No Limit Hold'Em: Theory and Practice by Ed Miller and Sklansky. I think it's pretty good so far. I'm about 2/3 through it, and it's easily the best NL book I've read so far. Not that there are many. It's as thick as SSHE and I think it could've easily been longer, because a lot of concepts they give you a brief outline and leave it up to you to implement. If they got more in depth it would've been 1000 pages. Good stuff though. Implied odds section was the most impressive so far I think.I also have HOH 3 waiting for when i'm done with this one.
