owise1 0
Anyone have the Dell™ UltraSharp™ 2405FPW 24-inch Flat Panel LCD Monitor and use it for multi tabling? How is it and how many tables can you put on there with no overlap? Thanks in advance for your useful comments. owise1
NicksDad1970 0
I've heard nothing but great things about this but I don't know how many tables you can do. Remember if you're buying this directly from Dell you can buy a 35$ off coupon there for 1$.There are also many coupons you can find for bigger discounts.

Thanks in advance for your useful comments. owise1physical size is irrelevant. Just check out the specs and see what the display resolution can go up to. Multiply the max resolution and divide by 480,000 and that will tell you how many tables you can see without overlap.

Thanks in advance for your useful comments. owise1I've been looking at it all over the internet and only see POSITIVE+ Reviews! I looked everywhere for the best price and found on for $750 at http://www.ebay.com I just deposited into my pay pal account and hopefully it will arrive when I go back home from college next month! Can't wait, its time for an upgrade since I"ll be doing playing poker FT through out the summer, and need a great monitor to multi-table. I beleive one could easily put 4 tables w/ no overlap. GL B)physical size is irrelevant. Just check out the specs and see what the display resolution can go up to. THANX IN ADVANCED!

The specs are here:http://accessories.dell.com/sna/productdet...S1&sku=320-4221Max Resolution 1920x1200 (WUXGA) 1900*1200=2304000 / 480000 = 4.8 So four tables right? So close to five tables, gggrrr owise1
Yoda 1
lol no math necessary...it takes 1600x1200 to put 4 tables side by side without overlap. 1280x1024 won't cut it. That widescreen will fit all 4 and leave some room on the side for a couple IM's or something
NicksDad1970 0
Browse through here :http://forums.slickdeals.net/forumdisplay....sduid=12944&f=9That would be for a big one.But if you can't find a super sweet deal there and you're ready to buy, go to ebay. Do a search for 35 off 300 dellThere are people that will give you a code for 35 off your order for .99Here's one of em.http://cgi.ebay.com/FREE-SHIP-ONE-DELL-Hom...1QQcmdZViewItemRight now Dell has em on sale for 759.20 - that 35.00 coupon = 724.

THANX IN ADVANCED! 1920 x 1200 = 23040002304000 / 480,000 = 4.8So you could almost get 5, but really just 4 without overlap, not much advantage over a standard 1600 x 1200
NicksDad1970 0
Ya, You can get the 20" for 324.00.... But I heard that 20" model isn't that good when playing video games and movies n stuff. So you might wanna stick with the 24"er
