i am stumped...

I play mostly tournaments and I am consisently better....if's fair to say I am now averaging close to 500.00 a week since the begining of the year. So I am very pleased with the results, however, man everytime I jump to a ring game, I get my "censored" kicked. I am faithfully trying to work the leaks out and of course I am aware that "ring" is a different animal as opposed to "tourney" But if anyone has some clear advice or a rant on how dumb this post my be or a completley different subject by the end of the page...I would really appreciate it.Just a Post"Circa. 2005

Nothing wrong with that..I'm the opposite, play in ring games well, consistently get my butt handed to me in tournies. :PAnyway, do you primarily play limit or no-limit (Or something that isn't Hold Em at all), and at what stakes are you trying to play ring games and losing?

post some of your ring game hands that're causing you problems. One thing you need to do when playing ring games is to tighten up a lot more. In tournaments you can get away with being a bit more loose because of the rising blind/limit structure. In ring games that is of no consequence since the blind/limits will always stay the same. Definetly post your hands, be sure to use the hand converter(the bet the pot format works best some of us have found), we'll give you all the help your willing to accept
