Fake Identification At Casinos

Recommended Posts

Well i just purchased a fake id yesterday and this summer i think i am going to head out to foxwoods to attempt to play some poker. Has anyone here actually gotten a fake id to work at a casino, and anybody ever played at foxwoods and know what the security is like? This is not a drivers license obviously but it is a massachusetts identification with my picture and everything. If anybody has some experience on this topic, please share it with me as i am desperate to play poker. Kids in my town have gotten sick of the poker craze and i have nobody to play with currently!

dont shave, and dont go in the casino to gamble or get alcoholic drinks... The security guards are chumps they hardly ID anyone, unless they look really young....If and when you get in stay in the poker room....glFWP

I think that if it's not a driver's license they will be more suspicious. You better look over 21 or they'll take you to the back room.

From my experience at foxwoods i rarely get carded, i'm 20 and have been going there for the past 2 years, i look old for my age tho. Then again i go there and see alot of real young looking kids sitting at tables. One of the few times i got carded the floor asked for my ID i gave him my fake one and he looked at me and just said this is the best fake id i have ever seen, sit down, i was scard shitless for a minute but it all worked out, Just walk in like you own the place and dont order any beer/liqor and dont play any other games, you get carded at blackjack and alot of other games alot if you look younger. Forgot one thing, if you do get to a table and the floor asks to sign you in, say your already signed in, if you say you dont have a wampum card they will alot of the times ask for an ID.Also, time of day matter's your more likely to be carded on a mon-thurs in the am-late afternoon, better off going when there are more people, fri-sun afternoon-pm

Fake IDs will not work on the riverboats in NW Indiana. It may be different in Foxwoods but my buddy got a huge load of bs for his. The casino pressed charges for everything from trespassing and all kinds of crazy stuff. Cost my buddy about 15k to fight it down to not be a felon. They take it very seriously here.

I'm no legal expert so take this for what it's worth:I am under the impression that attempting to enter a casino by presenting a fake ID is a quasi-criminal offense in Ontario. Having never attempted it myself I cannot say first hand what would happen but anyone who I have talked to who tried, and failed, was just told to F off before the cops were called. No one decided to push it beyond that.I don't know how the laws in Mass. are structured but I would be very careful attempting to get in using a fake ID. I would consult something a little more authoritative than a poker forum and be very aware of the possible consequences before attempting to do it.Having said that, gambling underage is against the law and you shouldn't do it, even if the casino falls for the ID and lets you in.

my buddy used a fake id back in the day at Niagara casino and they banned him took his picture and all that jazz. I dont think it was a life time ban. Make sure you dont have any real id on you. Give them some bs name and that your a tourist if they give you problems. unless its a cop

If you're going to try, make sure you do have real ID somewhere, though. A cop, if involved, will want to discern your identity and can put you in lock-up until you can prove who you are. I would not have any ID on my person so that the casino can't do anything to determine your identity but if a cop wants to know who you are, I would be able have him escort me to my car and provide valid ID.If the cops ever get involved, you have two courses of action. Shut up and don't say anything. Saying stuff just gives them dirt on you, even if you think what you are saying is in your best interest. You won't likely be thinking with a level head so you might say something you wish you hadn't (incriminating or insulting). The second option is to admit what you did and agree to whatever punishment is coming your way. The only time I've ever been pulled over by a cop I explained my side of the story to him, told him a made an innocent mistake (which I really did) but that I was prepared to pay whatever ticket he was going to write. He seemed really pissed at me for whatever reason (trying to scare me straight, maybe) but after I said all that he called in my license, found that I had no record of any sort and told me to get out of there.I can't stress enough that the consequences of getting caught once are not worth the rewards from the times you don't get caught. I'm not saying the cops will necessarily be involved but, personally, I was never willing to take that risk. It's a serious thing.

This is pretty much a federal offense and you didn't hear it from me... lolIf you have an older brother or know someone older than you, get 2 pieces of mail from him and his birth certificate. Go to the secratary of state and tell them you lost your ID. In Michigan they do not store the image files which is why they always have to take your picture again. It costs less than a fake id and it is actually legit with your own picture on it. If they want to scan it tell them give it there best shot because it's going to work. Now if you get caught with it, you'll probably be facing some serious fines. LOL So deface it if you see a problem arising.

From a dealer:a ) if you're caught you will definately be trespassed, and possibly fined/charged.b ) you're putting people's jobs at risk when you try and get in. I know security guards who have been fired for being a nice guy and letting kids with fake i.d.'s slide by, or giving someone the benefit of the doubt.c ) if you win anything meaningful, when you cash out they will i.d. you again more thoroughly, and if you win something really meaningful, you can bet whatever it is you won that they'll really take a look at you and find out you're full of it, and you'll go back to step (a) and also lose all the money you won.

alrihgt thanks guys, i think i'll pass haha, ill just go to Canada next year B)
I've been going to Atlantic City casinos since I was 16. DO NOT USE A FAKE ID. That's the only way to get f-cked. Basically, enter the casino with no forms of ID, no wallet, just cash. Go up to the poker room manager and ask for a table. Usually, he'll bring you to a table and not ID you. if he asks you for ID, check your pockets and say, "Damnit, I left it in my car." And try a different casino. THis way, you can't possibly commit a crime or get in trouble. Once you're seated at a table, you'll almost never get ID'd.Good luck, erac

seems my story goes against everyones advice. i started going when i was 19. i look young for my age. my fake id(which they asked for a grand total of once) was from out of state and didnt look like me. i played at the biggest NL games they had(5-5) and I frequently cashed out for a few grand without getting ID. I think it all matters on the cardroom/casino you goto. Now im over 21 but I used to see very young looking kids at my cardroom all the time. Not so much anymore...I think they are cracking down with the big poker boom.

Most of the time they will not card you.An underage friend of mine will walk into the casino pretending to be deeply engaged in a conversation on his cell phone.Three friends of mine have been carded and were asked to leave immediately, but all of them got to keep their money/chips.If you get caught it depends on the floor and how they are feeling and your reaction.
