When booked in advance (at least 2-3 weeks before going) it shouldn't cost more than $300 r/t, and usually around $200-240. Southwest recently had a big sale on airfares ($49 each way from some markets) ... don't know if it's still on. In April me and three friends got Round Trip airfare and 3 nights at the MGM Grand for $300 per person through an agent. Not a bad deal at all.
