Vatche 0
i was wondering what a good win percentage rate is for heads up ait and gos...i was thinking 65%, is that reasonable? or am i living in fantasy land?thx.
XX44466XX 0
66-75% I'd say would be pretty darn good. 2 out of every 3 or 3 of every 4 is solid as hell I think.I'm batting .500. Looks good in baseball but no so good in H/U matches.

SavageHenry 0
i think if my fuzzy math is correct you have to win at least 55 percent of them - assuming the rake is 20 percent - to break even with rake. Say you played 100 20 +2 SnGs and won 65 of them...you would be up 400 bucks or 4 dollars per tourney...thats a tough way to make an easy living. Honesty i think 60 percent is realistic unless your competition is always horrid.
checkymcfold 0
75% should be doable depending on the structure. i'm at 72 for my last 100 at the 30-50 buyin level, and i haven't really been running that well.

jayboogie 0
we both might be losing, but i look better doing it. Nah I lose in style. I've set many records that would be tough to beat. Records like Fastest Time to Lose 100 BB's, # Losing Sessions in a row and etc. Of course, it's not really something to be proud of though Thankfully that 72 busting Daniel made my day and took my mind off losing my 6th straight session in a row. 2bthebest 2
55%+is the breakeven point depending on the rake.70-75% is killing HUThat being said I'm at 63%, but 0-2 against the "Suck Out Artist"
diamondhead 0
i've seen alot of good HU players say that anything over 60% is where you want to be.
fleung22 1
i've seen alot of good HU players say that anything over 60% is where you want to be.Agreed...I just don't see how you could possibly sustain a 75% winning percentage.Even if you just played idiots all the time they'd eventually beat you with 72o more than 30% of the time. Warbow 0
After reading this post, I started wondering what my win ratio was in H2H. I normally only play H2H while I'm waiting for a SNG to start or if I been running badly in a ring game.Over the last 30 days my total win ratio at H2H is 67.5%. During that time my best winning steak was 12 straight games. This was immediately followed by a 3 game losing streak, which happened to be my worse losing streak during that time. The more I started looking the more the stats interested me. I found that my worse win ratio was at the smallest tables. At the $5 table my win ratio is at 61%, but at $10 and up my ratio is 74%. I've never really felt like a good winning H2H player. I guess that is because I really don't like to lose, not even 32.5% of the time.

Looks good in baseball but no so good in H/U matches. It's pretty good for clearing a bonus (I think it was pokerroom I did this with). Started with only $50 so a friend could get the free $50, and cashed out with about $100, and it was almost all SNG's. Small sample.
