My Fcp Points Order

hi fcpinfo.i placed an order last week for 2 books. they tried to deliver them on Friday but i wasnt home becasue i work during the daytime. anyways, UPS left a note on my door saying they would return today, but the notice said there was a $58 COD charge that i had to pay. where in the world did a $58 charge come from. first off, i thought my points covered all charges associated with the delivery, and second, i could buy the books at a normal store for $70 or so. please get back to me ASAP.thanks

Hi Rob, the company shipping the orders has made some errors. You shouldn't have been charged anything beyond your points for the books and we'll reimburse you for the costs. Matt the FCP store manager will be in contact with you.
