Did I Screw Up This Hand Anywhere?

Hero has 2425 chips.UTG has 3455 chips.Blinds 75/150Holecards: Ad JdUTG limps, folds to hero, hero limps, MP3 limps, SB completes, BB checks.Flop: Qs Jc 6d (750 in pot)SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets 300, MP3 folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls.Turn: 2c (1350 in pot)UTG checks, Hero bets 300, UTG calls.River: Ah (1950 in pot)UTG bets 450, Hero calls. My read on UTG is that he is a little loose, but not usually too passive. I am almost positive he bets if he has a queen on the flop, so the only hand I am worried about is that he might be slowplaying a flopped set with 66, He could also be slowplaying QJ. I think he could have something like KJ or J 10 also, or K10 for the open ended. I'm still not really sure where I'm at on the turn, should I check? Bet bigger? I think the turn is my main question... Once he just calls the turn it looks a lot more like K10, J10, or KJ to me, since I think he would be check raising by now with 66 or JQ. When he bets out when the ace hits the river, I feel sick because I think it is K 10, I also think it is possible though unlikely that he has like A 10 or A K, maybe even A 6 or even A J, so I call knowing I will be shown K 10 a good portion of the time.

I think a raise pre-flop is in order...Slightly larger flop bet as well (somewhere around 1/2 to 3/4's of the pot).
yes, maybe, and judging by the hand range you gave...you need to raise the river.

He has me covered, any reasonable raise puts me all-in, my tournament life is on the line. I think raising the river is bad for those reasons, and as I said, it isn't an absolute dead heat for the range I gave him. I'm giving him something like K 10 80% of the time, A 10 15% and AK 5%. Mostly because I think he raises AK preflop most of the time, and don't think he's the type to draw to the gutshot and 1 over with A 10 much either.

Limping with AJs in MP after an UTG limper is a bad play. This is still relatively early in the tournament and you do not need to play this hand. You are in decent chip position relative to the blinds. I prefer to have a real tight image early in tournaments so that people might give me more credit later on when I try to steal some pots. As played, you could just call the river. Villian may have A10 or AJ but it does look like he limped with a K10s.

This is an hour and a half in. I wouldn't consider that early. My M is barely over 10.
